Great location (a quick walk to some nice restaurants in a shopping plaza in front of the hotel), friendly staff, and a very comfortable room. Simply an all-around excellent property with a classic Arizona feel!

Location - local shops including coffee and wellness. Felt safe - solo traveller Well kept.

Not that didn’t like but the gym could be bigger and equipped to a better standard. More gluten free options and nice coffee. Please put a kettle in the room. Had to boil water in a saucepan for 2.5weeks.

The property is really quite nice. The room has a full kitchenette and very quiet!

They are in the middle of reservations, but some things I hope they will update is the carpet in the rooms and the elevator had the emergency buttons missing and it just wasn’t a good first impression.

It felt more like a resort than a hotel. Happy hour was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Some tree trimming was going on when we were at the pool which was quite noisy. Workers tried hard to not to have too big of an impact on the guests.

Liked the layout of the room a lot. The pool looked very inviting. Enjoyed having breakfast outside in the sun. Parking was close to the room which was helpful with a lot of luggage at hand. Location is good as well as it does offer access to restraurants and bars by foot and also supermarket was close by.

Nothing honestly.

The facilities are not as described, very awful smell checked in and immediately checked out. I honestly don’t know how people can actually stay here.

The hospitality guest experience. This property is old and not well-maintained. Sonesta must have bought several of these in the past, but this particular one leaves little to be desired. Nothing resembles what they represented with Booking or their website. Old property, cheap furniture, dirty floors, bathrooms, and soiled carpet. You need to call the front desk for an appointment to clean your room 24 hours in advance; otherwise, you're stuck without made beds, dirty towels, toiletries, and paper.

Due for a renovation.

Breakfast was great.

The room and hotel are due for a renovation. Rooms need to be cleaned daily. Carpet needs replaced and basically, it is outdated. Courtyard is very nice.

Our stay was a great getaway for our first trip together to a location that was larger than expected and more surprises

I appreciated the close proximity to neighboring stores, businesses, and restaurants without being in to busy and loud of an area. The amenities were more than expected with the design of the outdoor courtyard space, from the turf grass, patio seating, to the pool and hot tub area. It felt private, relaxing, and enjoyable with fantastic staff in all areas of the operation.

At times it was challenging to find a spot to sit out by the pool since a lot of people seemed to lay a towel on the chair but never used it or was around, it would be nice to have empty chairs cleared out more frequently to allow more space for guests to enjoy if they aren't being occupied, but that's a minor inconvenience from all the great things to the property offered.

Never staying there again, have stayed every year the past 6 years and it’s not worth it

Parking and it was quiet

Half of the plugs in the room didn’t work, the bathroom wasn’t clean from the prior guest with toothpaste splatter on the mirror. They told me when I checked in that no cleaning service unless requested, but we came back to the room that the safe didn’t even work so all of our valuables were out because no one would be in the room and someone had been in the room and left toilet paper on one bed, only made one bed , left the toilet seat up like they had used the bathroom and changed 2 towels and left the rest, it made no sense and they shouldn’t have been in the room!
