Great stay!

Really beautiful property. Front desk was so nice for checking in and out. Upgraded our room for free. Room was very spacious clean and comfortable. I rated 9/10 because the rooms are slightly dated but still really beautiful. Rooms were quiet, hotel smelled nice and was clean organized. Free breakfast was actually really awesome too with a lot of options of hot food and wait staff at breakfast was lovely! Plenty of parking spots as well

Rooms, staff, location, pool, the view. We've stayed here several times and we just keep coming back. We've tried other places while visiting Arizona and nothing's beat it. Whether single, a couple, a family, for work or got pleasure, you won't regret staying at gainey ranch.

Could use a bit more utensils in the kitchen. Bedroom door couldn’t be closed in the suite we were in because bed was I. The way.

Location, staff, outdoor space/pool area was nice.

Rooms are dated and in need of better cleaning. The blanket available for the bed was tattered and had holes; the bathroom was OK, but the floors needed better cleaning.

I was very happy with our stay and plan to return next year

The room was clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with the toilet bet someone was sent up within a half hour to fix it. The breakfast was outstanding and happy hour by the fire pit was a great place to meet people

There was only one not very sharp pairing knife in the kitchen. No steak knives or larger knives for cooking prep.

The size of the room, the kitchenette, and the location of the hotel were very good

They charge you $30 usd a night for a resort fee, but the booking app doesn't tell you. So i ended up paying $200 extra! They do housekeeping every third day, even if you request it, They only change the towels. They don't make up the room

Pool and grounds were beautiful. I loved the landscaping, the pool & hot tub were clean and nice, the fire tables were an extra special touch for colder evenings outside. We loved happy hour with free drinks and nibbles! An extra above and beyond we didn't expect and the salsa was so YUMMY! We also really appreciated the included breakfast

The property is really quite nice. The room has a full kitchenette and very quiet!

They are in the middle of reservations, but some things I hope they will update is the carpet in the rooms and the elevator had the emergency buttons missing and it just wasn’t a good first impression.

It felt more like a resort than a hotel. Happy hour was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Some tree trimming was going on when we were at the pool which was quite noisy. Workers tried hard to not to have too big of an impact on the guests.

Liked the layout of the room a lot. The pool looked very inviting. Enjoyed having breakfast outside in the sun. Parking was close to the room which was helpful with a lot of luggage at hand. Location is good as well as it does offer access to restraurants and bars by foot and also supermarket was close by.

The facilities are not as described, very awful smell checked in and immediately checked out. I honestly don’t know how people can actually stay here.
