Nice accommodations terrible location.

I fell for this once before but didn’t remember. Not a fan of reading in the description the location is within…..so many miles of the office. Then we end up being so far away from friends, family, restaurants and stores. Everything is a drive and makes visits from family a big hassle. Won’t fall for the location being convenient again because it isn’t.

Large COCKROACHES!!!!

The accommodation was located about a 15-minute drive from the address indicated. Shouldn't this information have been clearly provided from the beginning? Furthermore, large cockroaches appeared in the room on two of the three nights we stayed. When I asked to switch rooms, I was immediately offered a check-out, which didn't seem helpful, considering that booking a room on the spot would mean exorbitant prices at other hotels.

The gym key didn't work on the day I wanted to workout and the community center was closed for a private event when I went as well.

The property was clean and roomy. The second condo had a nice view of the mountains and golf course. The staff was friendly.

The property is listed as shown above “Luxury Condos”. This is very misleading. After booking you find out that they have 3 properties but you don’t which one you are staying in until everything is complete. When we landed and I got the address, it was just an apartment that they rent out. It was nice, roomy, and very clean but I wouldn’t call it a luxury condo. The first condo they gave us the paint was missing from the door, both bathroom mirrors had permanent markings on them, and the view from the patio was another apartment building. I expressed my disappointment and the staff was nice and friendly and at least gave us a condo with a view of the mountains and the golf course. This was very pretty and peaceful in the mornings as the rabbits and birds began moving around on the golf course.

Everything was great.

The cleaning lady ( I don't know if it's external from Meridian) but seems not to... She showed up 9:48 AM knocking and asking if we are going to leave... What a bad choice to hire her... Everything smooth and perfect and this lady shows with bad attitude...

Multiple•Properties•Locations

Clean property, pools, hot tubs and shared spaces were well kept and it was pet friendly. Easy access to freeway, close to shopping and restaurants. Reserved a 1 bedroom with twin beds and arrived to a 2 bedroom with king beds for the same price!!

Drains were closed when I arrived apparently for sewer roaches, I wasn’t aware that there were multiple properties until I got my confirmation which had a completely different address 15-20 minutes away from where I intended to stay. Relocation may have been due to pet friendly request but also upgraded.

Pool and gym met the “Luxury” brand title.

Condo did not meet “Luxury” standards as in title. Unit was tired and in need of repair / paint, window treatments. When booking using map feature, condo is 20 minutes from stated point.

Superb

The condo was large, updated and clean. Both bedrooms included a king size bed and bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. The condo included a single car garage which was very helpful during the heat wave. Staff was friendly and responsive.

We had a problem with the A/C thermostat, but maintenance was sent quickly to resolve the issue. The front door needs weatherstripping, as there is a large gap that some insects utilized to come right on into the condo to escape the heat.

Superb

Good location, nice sized unit nicely furnished, clean but unfortunately the view is looking at power lines and towers and a commercial building. There's noise all day from them working and loading their commercial vehicles. The garage parking is VERRRY small, so we were always worried pulling in and out. The housekeeping was nice and she did a great job. Overall the pros and cons kind of negated each other.

Located in front of the commercial building, loading yard and the towers, power lines. The garage is EXTREMELY narrow and lack of adequate, convenient on site parking.

The facility was spacious, well equipped and clean with comfortable beds, as advertised.

The location wasn't optimal. Also, part of the allure of choosing this condo were supposed to be the pools. First off, the recreation and community centers were quite far from our facility, requiring us to drive. Unfortunately, when we got to the recreation center, our access card did not work. I did phone Meridian, who said that they would reconcile the problem within 5 minutes. After waiting in a parking lot for 40 mins for someone to show up to exchange our cards, we gave up and headed back to our condo. Someone eventually came, but it was too late for us to go back for a swim. We felt that these were important oversights that will be worked out in the future!

We always make the best of a situation and didn't complain at the time but still had fun.

It was quiet, good location, easy check in, friendly customer service.

Barely any hot water for 4 adults - had to go without and they weren't long showers. The dish soap dispenser was broken so it made a mess every time when doing dishes. AC was leaking so we used a towel to manage that. The TV kept freezing so had to do a sequence on the remote every 5-10 minutes, one of the showerheads was not very user friendly and the water came out in a pour. For "luxury", you just want things to work. Some of the things are very inexpensive to make it workable.
