The location and scenery.
the property itself seemed old & outdated. Rooms were a little janky room remote didn’t work & stained sheet or blanket.

Good sized rooms, new bathrooms, very clean. The pool and area is very clean and comfortable to be in,
The building itself is a little tired, could do with a coat of paint inside and out and cleaner carpets in public areas. There were few gluten free options on the menu.

Staff was polite but usually too rushed .. wasn’t comfortable asking too many questions about the hotel or other places of interest

Cabana charge didn't include pool chairs or food/beverage service. Chairs and couch were dirty from previous occupants and birds
