Wasn’t bad, but definitely not a family friendly with the smell in the corridor.

The room was clean and nice though.

I stayed in different holiday inn express before. This one had construction in the floor I stayed at and it smelled bad the whole floor to the room. Also breakfast wasn’t the same like other holiday inn express before express ones. Almost everything had pork.

Horrible, go elsewhere

Location was good

Under going renovation and we weren’t told until the day of check in, our original room wasn’t clean and we were moved to a different room temporarily and then woken up by construction noise. Later after we were moved back, housekeeping left our room door propped open and our things were left unsecured all day while we were out. The second week we were there they shut the water off between 11-3 each day with no alternatives. We also booked this hotel for the laundry capabilities and found when we arrived that the machines broken and they weren’t trying hard to get parts. I wouldn’t stay there again and they are a stain on the chains name. We’ve never experienced anything like this at a Holiday Inn Express.

Carpet was frayed at room door entrance. Also, soap dispenser in bathroom was too far from sink. Need to move closer. It was actually dripping water and soap on floor as you got it.

Incredible value! This is an excellent hotel at an incredible price. Very comfortable, great staff, location close to restaurants and services, we absolutely loved it!

Would stay again

I love the area the property is in and I felt safe as a solo traveler. It is close to everything but far enough from the loud freeway. The staff were nice and the breakfast was fabulous.

The only thing I did not like is how loud the doors to the rooms are. They are not soft closing so when anyone enters or exits their room AT ALL HOURS the doors slam shut loud and shake the walls. I was so comfortable in my room but did not sleep soundly due to the doors slamming shut.

Two workers on their break were sitting in the am breakfast area talking on FaceTime with someone in Spanish quite loud. It was very distracting and quite frankly very rude. Staff should have their own break room.

My kids and I had a pleasant stay. The young lady that checked us in was very nice and sweet.

The breakfast was good. I wish they had waffles or biscuits, but it was good.

It was warm in the elevator and part of the 3rd floor hallway was warm too. No clean or dry towels by the pool.

You never get a second chance to make a first impression: I won't be staying at this property again.

The breakfast was great, although the facilities were quite crowded. The staff was wonderful and very kind and efficient.

Upon arrival, the person at the desk couldn't find my reservation. I was not greeted, and I was made to feel like I was deficient in my responsibility (to make a reservation? I guess so). There was no reassurance from the front desk agent that he would do his best to find it; in short, zero customer-service skills. There were also kids running up and down the hallways and knocking on doors, mine included, at night. I don't ever expect this type of behavior when I am staying at a hotel.

The room was clean/up to date and the bed was comfortable. The large TV, Keurig, and fridge were great amenities. The A/C worked well. The breakfast was really good! There were tasty cinnamons rolls, biscuits with sausage gravy, pancakes, omelets, sausage, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bread items, and more. The coffee was great and we were offered free water bottles. The hours to stuff were nice: check in/out, late check out, pool hours, and such. There were Dove products in the bathroom. Nice size mirror on closet door. Large desk space. The staff are really nice. They allow dogs are there’s large grass areas for them. The pool was nice and has cabanas. Some rooms have space outside like a little patio. You can eat breakfast outside. Plenty of outlets in room.

The spa was not heated while we were there but that will probably be fixed. Plus it was 90° while we were there, so it was okay.

Quiet neighborhood, will come back again!

The room was very clean and if you can bring all the amenities like shampoos, room slippers, and so on, it would feel like you’re staying at a hotel. I slept really well. Also if you will rent a car, this place is only 30 min away from the airport, which is great.

The breakfast place was too small that there was no enough seats, I had to bring food back to my room. But other than that no complaints.

Beautiful hotel, excellent choice

Big room, very comfortable beds, clean, everything working properly. Huge pool with the warmest water we've ever experienced at an outdoor pool, this alone was worth the price. Also has a very nice patio area to hang out at. Breakfast had several options and was well kept. Located in a very nice area, zero issues with noise from neighbors or highway or even other rooms. Excellent stay, great value for the price paid.
