Adrian, the desk host was excellent. Very nice, helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

The breakfast was very good. Fresh, healthy choices and delicious . The coffee was lukewarm though.

The blanket was very heavy however, my friend loved it.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Cassidy was wonderful when I called on July 4th about my 3 day reservation. I wanted to let her know I would be actually checking in at 8 a.m. and not the prior night at 3 pm. When I arrived I was greeted by Sage, she was wonderful getting me checked in. She was there a lot during my stay and always so nice. The property and rooms are kept so nice. This was my second stay in 2 months and will be going back in August again. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

I loved how clean everything and updated the property was. The pool was absolutely beautiful, and the facilities are top-notch. Kudos to the manager of this property, exceptional!

Two (2) many major issues.

Clean. Bright

No sleep. Air conditioner would raise to a very loud level about every 45-50 minutes Address is wrong. Took us to a wrong location on Shea Blvd. The hotel is no where near Shea Blvd

Overall good just not as up to snuff in detail as expected with “upgrade”

Location, breakfast, comfortable beds & pillows. Room we ended with quiet & excellent access to pool.

Wanted a quiet room so had paid for upgrade next to pool vs the reserved room. Desk staff’s speech was difficult to understand & written room number looked like a 9 vs 4 so somme confusion on which room tried to access. Required maintenance to fix ac upon arrival, ran out of toilet paper-only had one started roll, only 2 wash cloths to room & toilet had streak on outside. Maintenance staff was helpful & responsive.

the house keeping very very bad, they did not clean our room, washroom and bathroom was dirty and they put just 2 towels for us but we were 4, they did not put shampoo and soap for us

Had reservations for one night, and will definitely be back again if, and when, the need arises.

Staff was very friendly! Location was perfect for our trip. Family member had an early morning medical procedure the following day and we were less than 10 minutes from the facility. Breakfast was enjoyable. Better than most others that I've had. Our room, on the first floor, faced the pool and had a sitting area just outside of a "back" door, making it easy to access the pool.

The shower needed a much better cleaning. it had what looked like a little bit of mold at the bottom where the pan and wall meet.

Bed is getting a little lumpy. My room was near a generator or electric panel and it had an irritating buzzing sound.
