The best accommodation so far

I have spent my summer holidays in Greece more than 15 times, and this is the best accommodation so far. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Towels and bed linen are changed regularly, and the place is cleaned every day. The terrace was excellent, and the yard was very useful for our 2.5-year-old child. Just a note: bring mosquito spray for the child while playing outside, as there are quite a lot of mosquitoes. We spent the least time on the beach in Psakoudia; other beaches are close by (15–20 minutes) and they are divine. I would definitely come back here again.

Everything was great. Very confortable, has everything you need, very close to the beach, very clean, nice hosts, quiet, great big backyard with playhouse and swings for children, nice big terrace, kitchen well equiped.

The house I stayed in looked exactly like the picture, very clean. The host was very nice, she waited for us with candies and juice for the children, with wine for the adults... We arrived in Psakudia earlier than we planned and we were able to enter the house earlier than the entry time. We extended our vacation by another 4 days... We felt at home.

As a regular visitor of Greece, mostly choosing apartments in the similar price range to this one, I can say this is the most well equipped, the cleanliest and one of the most spacious places we have ever stayed in. Our apartment (the biggest one, ground level) even had a storage room which was perfect for all the luggage we had (family with three kids). Rooms are very clean and they are being cleaned every day. Towels and bed sheets are changed every three days. There is a covered private parking area and a big garden with playground part (kids enjoyed it, especially the swing and the playhouse). Saying that, parents be aware that besides your kids, also mosquitos love the playground as it is in the shadow of the trees. Make sure you have some mosquito repellent that can apply to kids’ skin. BTW, all windows have mosquito nets, so we didn’t have much troubles with mosquitos inside. What I appreciated a lot is the attention to provide everything you might need, simply nothing is missing. Also, host Nadia welcomed us with fruits on the table and bottle of wine, water and juices for kids in the fridge – a really nice touch. Location is also very good. In the near proximity (1-2 minutes walk) there is a great pastry shop and a big supermarket. The closest beach and the central area of Psakoudia are in 5 minutes walking distance. Pavloudis Apartments – well deserved 10 from us.

A heaven if you love the sea, if you like to eat, and if you love honest people.

Beautiful garden, good atmosphere with all the visitors, all needs fulfilled sooner than realized or on very short terms, pleasant walk to the beach, the smell of all the garden flowers, peace of the place, very safe and comfortable parking place within the court of the property. The hosts are the best picture of Greek hospitality and good will, you feel all safe and appreciated there. Good supermarket(s) in the vicinity, with one of them providing the ATM quite conveniently. All of the important practicalities together with the charm of the place and the people make it hard to match anywhere in the world. The location is simply ingenious, and the people will make the rest of it. Always safe with your car there, and it is very private and pleasant stay, even with the c-19 precautions followed very responsibly this year. This year also the sea had much fewer people to deal with than usual, so was crystal clear, with sea urchins very rare. The beach at hand is the genius itself, with the sea grass fields and fish, and a convenient grain of sand, which render the boots unnecessary. We had a bottle of an excellent Greek wine, and the fruits in our kitchen as a welcome acknowledgement when we came. Also, all the furniture and the kitchen has everything you think of. Everything cared for, clean, and in the best shape.

As everywhere else there are some mosquitoes to deal with, if you hate them as much as me you will not rely on all the wise counter-measures taken at the facility but take the mosquito net with you as well, just to always have sweet dreams. The nets in the doors and windows are however well devised and functioning, and there are the chemical repellent plug-in things in every room. Also, there are the birds and the beautiful dragonflies to eat all the flies - nice to look at - and i even spotted a small bat passing through a garden this year one night.

The hosts are friendly and helpful, the welcome “package” consists of fresh fruits, water, juices, candies and wine and this was a very good and unexpected surprise. The room looks even better in reality than pictures, every day was being cleaned and every two days the towels and bed sheets were changed. Cleanliness is a big plus of the entire location: building, parking lot (which btw is covered) and surrounding garden. Sea, restaurants and market are within walking distance.

Vacanta frumoasa si linistita.

A fost frumos,gazda minunata,ne.a oferit tot sprijinul, a fost de nota 10. In camera curatenie exemplara,a fost foarte bine si frumos. Curatenie in fiecare zi si la 2 zile schimbat lenjeria si prosoapele.

Un concediu minunat

O locație perfectă. Nadia o gazdă primitoare. Am fost primiți cu multe fructe, o sticlă de vin , bomboane, deci totul la superlativ. Camera foarte mare,bucătăria utilată, inclusiv veselă și tacâmuri , se făcea curățenie zilnic, o liniște desăvârșită. De-asemenea mașinile au loc de parcare acoperit în curtea interioară,deci siguranța maximă. O sa revenim cu siguranță.

Un loc deosebit, foarte liniștit, cu o locație excelentă – aproape de plajă, supermarket și o patiserie cu produse absolut delicioase 🥮. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, făcută zilnic. Am petrecut un sejur minunat și ne-am simțit excelent pe tot parcursul vacanței. Recomand cu drag această locație!

Výborné ubytovanie v Psakoudii

Pekný moderný rodinný penzión v Psakoudii. Izby veľmi pekné a moderne zariadené, nájdete tam všetko potrebné, vybavená kuchynka, kúpeľňa, TV, klimatizácia, veľký balkón. Izby sú mega čisté a majitelia sa o penzión vzorne starajú a vidno, že si dávajú záležať na detailoch. Veľmi milá pani majiteľka, dá sa bez problémov dohovoriť po anglicky. Parkovanie vo dvore, pod strieškou. Blízko krásnej pláže. Pobyt sme si užili, a určite sa radi vrátime :) Ďakujeme za všetko a pozdravujeme. Jan & Linda

Vše bylo výjimečné.

Hostitelka byla velmi milá, ochotná a vstřícná. Na pokoji jsme měli připravené ovoce, láhev vína, balenou vodu a bonbóny. Parkování v areálu hotelu pod střechou. Vzorná čistota, častá výměna ručníků a povlečení. Každý den je prováděn úklid,
