Beautiful views, great energy, and a kind host — we loved our stay!

Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The place itself is beautiful, with an amazing view. There’s convenient parking available, and a large grocery store just 5 minutes away. The area is peaceful and has such a nice, positive energy — perfect for a relaxing stay.

We discovered the intimacy and silence of the Psakoudia area

The location is situated in a wonderful well-groomed garden, especially the olive and other fruit-bearing trees drawing the attention. Ideal for families who appreciate the intimacy and silence of nature. Close to a beautiful beech, restaurants and supermarkets. All the facilities needed, cleaned up every day. The host was very kind and friendly, particularly attentive to all our questions and requests, helping us and giving us all the information we needed. Enjoyed very much our stay!

The sea view as well as the garden around the house are amazing. We also appreciated fresh vegetables provided by the host from his garden.

Great place, clean and very welcoming!

The host was very kind, welcoming and understanding. He waited for us to check in late and arranged a cleaning in the middle of our one week stay. The place was already very clean! The garden and property are maintained at a very high standard. When you combine that with fresh fruit from the garden and a lovely view there is nothing more you can want. The beach is 2 minutes away by car.

Amazing Experience! First of all Mr Dimitris is super hospitable and friendly, always paying attention and anticipating the needs of his guests. Your journey towards vacation starts when you drive up the alley fringed with vines and olive trees, to arrive at this peaceful villa. Almost everyday we were delighted with fresh fruit or vegetables picked from his garden - imagine he has his own fig trees, amazing olive orchard and tomatoes. It’s super relaxing just to stay in the garden on sun-beds or serve a glass of chilled wine on the terrace of your apartment. We had a wonderful view towards the sea and overlooking the olive orchard (which surrounds the property). All in all, the whole place is very zen and has a nice vibe about it. The rooms are cleaned throughly and whatever information you require about places to visit, Mr Dimitris always finds time and has the best advice for you, no matter if you’re a couple or family or travelling alone. Another strong point is the closeness to local supermarkets where you can buy authentic Greek products (from yoghurti to peponaki and pita bread) and prepare your own food in the apartment (it’s also equipped with a small kitchinette). Last but not least: you are pretty close to a lot of good beaches and if you come by car, you can have lovely afternoon trips to small, quaint towns like Arnea or Afythos. At the end of your stay you can buy olive oil made from Mr Dimitris’ own orchard! In conclusion: we stayed almost a month and we still left with the feeling of wanting to stay more. We look forward to coming back to this wonderful place, where you know someone looks after you just like home!

A wonderful place with an amazing view to a big garden, a small city and a huge sea. 5-7 minutes by car to the sea, with sand. Great little kitchen. Perfect location for dogs and the last but not the least, very nice and hospitalal host.

Outstanding host; spotless comfortable apartment.

Dimitris was an outstanding host who was extremely warm and welcoming. We especially appreciated his hints on places to visit in the area, prioritising the most important places given our limited time. We enjoyed his locally grown olives and especially his freshly baked Greek breakfast pastry sweet, warm from the oven, for all guests one morning. On our day of departure, he produced a delicious smoothie for our onward journey. The apartment was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and best of all, quiet, set in an area of olive trees with views from our terrace to the ocean approx. 1 km away. A large supermarket is located very close to the apartment. His directions on access to the property were concise and very helpful. A car is a necessity for this location. Only slight negative is the wifi signal was not strong.

Vacanza di relax

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'appartamento era di buone dimensioni, aveva tutto quello che serviva, e aveva un ampio terrazzo vista mare. Ottima accoglienza, il proprietario ci ha regalato durante tutto il soggiorno fichi freschi dei suoi alberi e un bel barattolone di olive fatte in casa. Gentilezza e cortesia fino all'ultimo giorno in cui abbiamo ricevuto un regalino prima di partire. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Prima Standort für Chalkidiki

Eine Unterkunft in wunderbarer Umgebung inmitten von Oliven- und Obstbäumen. Der Vermieter war äußerst bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Er versorgte uns nicht nur mit Früchten aus dem Garten sondern auch mit nützlichen Informationen zu besten Plätzen (Stränden, Ausflugs- u. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants...). Die Unterkunft ist funktional und sauber, alles was man braucht. Empfehlenswertes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Der Standort ist ideal um viele schöne Ausflüge in alle Richtungen zu unternehmen.
