Good place to spend the night

Had all the amenities listed and everything was very clean, the host was always responsive, there was working AC, looks exactly like the photos

I definitely think this place wasn’t worth that amount of money. The apartment is someone’s underground, the door into it is very narrow, there is not much light in the apartment. The garden was just a parking place with tables. There was little privacy and in the night if you wanted to open the window you could hear the hosts talking. It is a perfect place to just sleep and be away for the day, but definitely not at that price. We didn’t want to hang out in the apartment or in the ‘garden’, it wasn’t specious and private enough.

Exceptional

Welcoming and kind host. We were accommodated in the apartment located in the basement, for this reason we did not need air conditioning. The apartment is quite spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen. The distance from the beach is small, around 300 meters and, quite close, 300-500m, there are two grocery stores. We thank the host for the hospitality.

If you sleep with the windows open, the noise from the cars passing on the national road can be disturbing.

Nice holiday at the seaside

It was a very nice and confy house, 3 bedrooms, two of them downstaires with a perfect temperature for sleeping. Windows shades were a plus. AC was working and the kitchen was well equipped. Clean sheets, towels and clean house in general. Nice porch and yard also. A grill would have been a nice have. Nice beach in Kalives, not crowded, partially having sunbeds and umbrellas. Beautiful view, a few cafes and tavernas with nice food at reasonable prices, in seafront and another two on the second plan streets. We liked the acommodation and the small little village at the sea side. The owner was very discreet and nice.

The stairs a bit steep if travelling with small kids. A bit noisy during night because of the main road traffic, but tolerable. Any other small inconveniences we discussed punctually with the owner, that was very friendly and open to suggestions.

Nice comfortable house

Very nice house, the 2 bathrooms were a great advantage, kitchen had everything we needed. 10 min from the beach in a small quiet village. Nearest grocery store was 7-8 min away by foot.

I loved the fact that we were able to rent the whole property. They had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. It was super clean, air conditioner working well, kitchen fully equipped.

Good stay for good price

At first I would like say all the best about owner John - he showed true interest about our stay in this place and helped us with advice's and recommendations about places around, eating possibility's etc. Also his mother, who meet us at the place, was very kind and helpful. :) House is nice with all you need for short or longer stay. We was 7, and there was enough place for all of us - in each floor there are bathroom and WC and place for relax. In first floor there is one bedroom with big bed for couple, downstairs - 2 separate rooms (2 separate beds in one room and 1 separate and 1 big bed in second) and additional beds in guest rooms. Village is not big, but there are several shops near. Beach is about 10 minutes walk, but it is not the most beautiful we visited - you should go to Sithonia penisula and there you will find very beautiful places and beaches as well (you will find some recommendation list of beaches in house as well). Location is also good, if you want to see more from Chaldikidi.

A fost o vacanta minunata, linistita, intr-o casa de oameni foarte draguti si amabili si efectiv ne-am simtit ca acasa! Casa e curata si foarte racoroasa mai ales c-am nimerit calduri foarte mari, noi nici n-am simtit iar seara aveam toata terasa la dispozitie si nu ne deranja nimeni! A fost si o neintelegere pentru ca am gresit eu detaliile rezervarii dar nu am fost taxata deloc in plus desi am insistat asa ca oamenii de la aceasta cazare chiar vor sa-ti dea un sejur de vis!
