Es war traumhaft schön und sooooo herzlich.
Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten das Haus zu finden, wurden aber zuverlässig und freundlich von Dimitrie gelotzt und wir wurden herzlich empfangen.
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem Ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Es war etwas kühl in unserer Urlaubswoche aber selbst dafür waren zusätzliche Decken da.
Der Blick vom Balkon war dann noch das I Tüpfelchen. Dieser Meerblick war einfach toll.
Es gibt sogar 2 Balkone und eine Waschmaschine.
Die Gastgeschenke haben uns den Abschied dann noch schwerer gemacht.
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

From the very first moment of our arrival, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The owner is one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we have ever met – always ready to assist, answer any question, and make sure we had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. His warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were visiting family rather than just renting an apartment.
The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained – you can truly see how much care and attention the owner puts into keeping the place in perfect condition. The furniture and appliances were all in great shape, the bed was comfortable, and the small details (fresh towels, well-equipped kitchen, even small touches like coffee and local treats) made our stay extra special.
The location is simply amazing – very close to the beach, just a short walk away, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. We loved waking up to the beautiful view from the balcony every morning and ending the day watching the sunset. It’s the perfect spot whether you want to relax, go for a swim, or explore the surroundings.
We truly can’t recommend this place enough! It’s a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, location, and genuine Greek hospitality. Thank you again to our wonderful host for making our stay unforgettable – we will definitely come back 😎👍🇬🇷🇵🇱

Sea house with view is a great place at the beachfront with wondergul sea view. The place is a large apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a comforable plase to relax with a balcony just a few steps to the sea. The hosts Dimitra and Dimitsris are the most kind and caring persons. They welcome you with a big smile and make you feel that you are at home. Fresh fruits and a cold drinks are a welcome gift for the gest. In the apartment you will find everything that you need to have a great stay. Psacoudia is a very beautiful small vilage with sand beach and clean sea. And the pets are welcome too. If you are wondering whether to go, do it!
That we were in this beautiful place for only 9 nights :) Next year more.

Our holiday in the sea house with a view was perfect. Dimitra and Dimitros are the best hosts I have ever met. They welcomed us as members of their family and helped with everything. The house is equipped with everything you need and even more. We could cook any meal in the well-equipped kitchen. The beds in the house are very comfortable. There is a washing machine on the balcony. 2 balconies: one overlooking the garden and the other overlooking the sea, where we loved to have breakfast and dinner. The sea is just a stone's throw away from the house. The beach is long and sandy, there is always space to put sun loungers and an umbrella, which the hosts kindly provided us with. In the sea there are stones and seaweed, in which there are sea urchins, so you should be careful, but in general the sea is very clean and transparent, the water is warm and the depth is suitable. There are many taverns, small shops and a large supermarket around. In the mornings a fresh fishmonger comes, we bought excellent king prawns and fresh dorado and sea bass. There is a lot of greenery around, so it is a very beautiful place.
There is air conditioning only in the living room, in the bedrooms there are only lamps and fans, but this air conditioner cools the whole house well if you keep the bedroom doors open and close the shutters.
