Die Lage ist perfekt, ca. 300 Meter vom Strand entfernt, sehr ruhig, mit großer Auswahl an Außerhausverpflegung, mehrere kleine Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar, die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Eigentümer stellen auch Strandausrüstung (3 Liegen, 1 Stuhl, 2 Sonnenschirme und eine Schubkarre zum Transport der o.g. Ausrüstung zum Strand) zur Verfügung. Auch der Hausmeister/Gärtner Thodoris fragte uns fast täglich, ob wir noch etwas brauchten und pflückte mehrmals frische Feigen vom Baum für uns.
Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge wären aber nicht verkehrt: ein großer Spiegel (ca. 2 Meter hoch) im Erdgeschoss an der Wand rechts neben der Treppe ist für Damen zwingend erforderlich. Auch phosphoreszierende antirutsch-Aufkleber für die Treppe wären hilfreich, da die Stufen aus Marmor sind und bei Nässe sehr rutschig sind.

Amazing, we stayed for 10 days in Red house apartment, and we are very satisfied. It is spacious and clean very well equipped. We are visiting Greece for many years but For the first time we found the kitchen with more than enough of dishes, plates, glasses… coffee machines, good working stove, big size refrigerator… in the cupboard we found salt, sugar, plastic glasses…
Red house is perfect for family vacation, it is very close to the big sandy beach, in front of the apartment we have found sun umbrellas and sun beds that we used.
Big pluses are the washing machine, AC in every room and toilet on the ground floor.
George and Ana were very helpful and good hosts.
For sure we will be back.

Everything was perfect. Georgeos was a graet host,very friendly. He gave us a lot of information about the place,where to eat,to shop,to travel.
The house was clean,near to the beach and with a great sea view :)
We like everything :)
