Very good for the money.

Air conditioning in every room. Plenty of towels and good hot water in the bathroom. Spacious yard, perfect for a barbecue. Well-equipped kitchen. Great value for the price, especially during the season

Furniture could be improved; for example, no bedside tables. Neighborhood is not the most appealing, though the location is convenient.

Exceptional

First of all I want to say thank you to the owner. This man was so kind to us. He agreed to make chek out at 4:00 pm. The house is beautiful, 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 360 degree view. air conditioning, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher and our garden of love. Every late evening, my five friends and me were sitting in the garden and were talking about everything in the world, with prosseco . Every evening a cute little fox , who lives in garden was with us . Afytos and Kallithea are very close, by car 3 and 6 minutes. the beaches are very good. We are happy we take this house thanks to our fantastic host. Hope we come back again.

You need to take a car. Without car it is not comportable to go to the beach and to Afitos.

Beautiful place for groups or families with cars, but the house is not 100% ready to be rented

We were a group of 5. The house is nice, clean, and cozy, with a lot of common space with beautiful furniture. Coffee machine and washing machine included. All rooms have AC, excluding the ground floor with the common area. We also liked the outside table in the yard behind the house.

We originally thought that the property was in the center of Afytos, but it turned out to be far outside, so far that a car is needed for pretty much everything. The house is not 100% ready to be rented, here and there the rooms have electric pipes popping out from walls. The electric switches of the entire property make no sense. There are no closets in the rooms and we had to leave our belongings on the floor for the entire stay. There are no curtains in the showers, the bathrooms were getting flooded every time.

Casa se afla la întrarea în Afytos. Vis a vis este strada pe care o traversezi și prin curtea altei case ai acces către coborârea care duce la plajă. E o zona liniștită, recomandata celor cu copii sau care vor sa se și odihnească. Proprietatea dispune de living, 3 dormitoare, 2 băi.Este dotata cu toate necesare:lenjerii și prosoape, mașină de spălat, detergent, hârtie igenica, capsule de cafea etc. Beneficiază de asemenea de o grădină generoasa, unde se poate face grătar sau juca mingea. Se ajunge relativ ușor în Afytos cu mașina. Aproape de Lidl, pe care nu îl recomand ca fiind scump. Mai degrabă supermarketul din sătuc. Proprietarul este un om minunat, prezent atunci când e nevoie. Deține și Amazing Place, o găsiți tot pe booking, și are vedere la mare. Recomand. Nota 10

Nu există lucruri care nu ne-au blacut.
