Райское место, замечательные домики с собственной террасой, полностью оборудованной кухней, холодильником, есть общая стиральная машина, зона барбекю. Очень красивая ухоженная территория и вид на море. Приятные хозяева, в любой момент можно обратиться с любым вопросом. Парковка бесплатная на территории. Море в двухста метрах, дорога к нему под приличным уклоном, но это вообще не проблема, идти недолго. Пляж малолюдный, а вода прозрачная как стекло. Я бы рекомендовала взять корралки, в камнях местами есть ежи и взять маску, особенно если едете с детьми: есть живность, немного, но тем не менее, видели даже осьминога. Если вы на машине, то в 10 минутах езды большой Lidl, с большим выбором продуктов по хорошим ценам, рыба, горячая выпечка, овощи, молочная продукция, большой выбор вина за 3-4 евро. С удовольствием вернемся! ♥️

The location was very nice, the beach next to the hotel was perfect, almost no people, very clean, access was very beautiful, it is surrounded by a little pine forest. No complains. The area around the studio was also very nice and cute, so confy we didn't leave the place much, totally recommend it.

The road to access could be better and a bit more illuminated but manageable and the internet signal inside the room didn't work, yet in the little terrace was acceptable, maybe the only thing they could improve.

This is a villa hidden in beautiful nature, overlooking the sea and the neighboring peninsula of Sithonia. The villa has wonderful hosts, but Rita was the one who welcomed the guests and made sure that we all had everything we needed. The property has a huge beautiful garden, where you can relax. Hosts who warmly welcome every guest, especially pets. Overall, this place is for lovers of nature and tranquility, but also for people who want to be physically active on vacation.

I must mention that it's not that I didn't like it, but the road to the beach is a bit steep. However, it is surrounded by untouched nature and offers a wonderful opportunity for walking. I mentioned this because I was physically indisposed due to an injury, which left me feeling less than fit. However, my husband, our dog, and I walked that road constantly to the beautiful, hidden, unorganized beach, which was a huge advantage for us.
