The cleanliness.
The open and prompt communication with the owner and manager.
No parking, and no there is no paid parking available anywhere in Afytos, certainly not anywhere in proximity to the house.
There was no toiletries provided.
The bed/mattress in the smaller bedroom is uncomfortable and worn out.
The kitchen equipment is incomplete, only one sharp knife, one pot and one pan available.
The close proximity of houses with no yard.
The multiple family house with few renting units does not allow for much privacy. There were loud guests coming and going all day and late into the night, banging doors, kids knocking on doors asking parents to open doors past midnight.
