By the sea

Nice, peaceful location, indeed by the sea. The large balcony (where we had many of our meals) was with a sea view. The view from the sea was also nice. Two bedrooms and a living room with enough beds (two normal ones and three bunk beds) to accommodate a large family (up to 8 persons). Host was very polite and supportive despite the fact that we did not met personally. The property garden and the access to the sea were fairly well maintained. Not in a crowded area but close enough to shops, restaurants and the town (two minutes by car).

It was an old apartment with old furniture and appliances but good enough to live there in decent comfort if you do not have overinflated expectations. Your grandma's apartment, if your grandma is not obsessed with cleanliness. Nothing fancy, Bedrooms are quite small but still acceptable for sleeping only. One of the bunk beds was noisy whenever one of the kids moved. But the most disappointing thing was the overall cleanliness. The bathroom needs renovation and some basic clean-up would have saved the face (at least the toilet should have be spotless). Some appliances should have been better cleaned as well. As for the location, a possible downside, especially if you are coming with small children is the fact the the sea bed is rather rocky and it gets deep quite soon. We had a very calm sea and this was not really an issue.
