For a family with kids it is complicated. We had the apartment with indoor stairs.

Worth it.

Check-in went smooth, hosts were welcoming, apartment was as expected based on the description, it was also cleaned once during our 1-week stay. Beautiful view from the balcony (the apartment building is on a hill). Beach, grocery store, bakery in 5 minutes walking distance.

On Sunday evening there was no water in the apartment from 6 pm until the next morning. No exact info why, might be because there was a pressure problem or too many people were using water in that time. Staying there with a small child, it was a little bit inconvenient.

Everything was above expectations. Being an apartment, there was no breakfast, but the facilities, cleanliness, location and especially the view were exceptional.

It was a nice, clean and cozy apartment, nearly the beach and the restaurants.

The apartment was amazing, very clean with a big terace. It was a fully equipped kitchen. Totally recommended. Lovely hosts as well.

Well decorated studio with a nice terrace in Neos Marmaras

Nicely decorated apartment with a beautiful terrace. Kelly's Dad was extremely nice giving us great tips of places to go.

Just a suggestion to put some towel hangers in the bathroom.

Very nice designed, well equipped and clean place.

The apartment is very nice decorated and it is very well equipped. The balcony is large and was a nice, partial view of the see.

Maybe, not so easily accessible - but this is a fact rather than a complain.

Fantastic apartment with an amazing view

The apartment was fantastic with a stunning view of Neos Marmaras. Short walk into town and very close to Paradisos beach. For a day at the beach there were prettier and quieter beaches within a half hour drive, with great recommendations from our host on arrival. We had good breakfast at Eladia and enjoyed trying the local bougatsa at Thessaloniki shop.

Ap.105 has an upstairs bedroom children enjoy. AC (one of them, the other doesn't work) has a good position , not disturbing .

No pressure and no hot water for 140 eur/night. Waited for 40 min to take a shower, even going out without taking a shower, my 6 year old daughter got febrile as she takes cold showers. I was told by owner that the situation is normal as all the people in the town is taking shower at the same time. For me it's not normal! The beach(paradiso i think) in proximity is ugly, so if you don't have a car to go to another beach your vacation is ruined . If you have a car, the adventure of parking starts!

Parking is an adventure. Public parking means a hill full of lefts of construction materials and garbage, or a very tight street where my car was hit by a garbage truck. The children beds are in the space that make the connection betwin kitcken and terrace. And that for 130 eur/ night.

Grazie a Stavros per il supporto e le rapide risposte a nostre domande e necessità. L'appartamento è pulito e ben curato con 1 terrazza cad. piano dalle quali si può godere di una bella vista mare. Il centro di neos marmaras dista pochi minuti a piedi.
