The location is very good - like 200m from very good beach with some palm trees! The garden is really big, very well maintained and has a barbecue with large table and sitting area. The terrace is also big enough to have a breakfast and from there you could even see a small part of the sea between the other houses. The kitchen, even though quite small is very well equipped. The internet WiFi worked without any problems. Everything was clean.

The apartment is really small and especially the bathroom is tiny like in a RV or a campervan. The double bed is 140cm or 160 at best. There is an air-condition only in the living room - not in the bedroom where it got quite hot (29-30 degrees). We stayed mostly outside and by our friends in the camping nearby so it was not a big problem for us. Be prepared to meet different people, customs and manners in the houses around (many Balkans and east Europeans - good and bad :)). Many grilled up to 1a.m. and other neighbors drank and laughed loud on half of the nights (sometimes until 4 a.m.) during our stay - the cigarette smoke came into our bedroom. We had another problem there was no any water (or the pressure was so low that it was unusable) for 48 hours. The host was easy to contact and very polite , but there was no any help. I had to walk and fill bottles from the beach so we could use the toilet. I asked for a partial refund and the lady host did not agree even though the water is an important part of such accommodation. I am already above middle age - I saw good and bad - this property is more good than bad - somewhat mixed but frankly for 170 Euro a day I have had better accommodations. Anyway we enjoyed our stay especially because we had very good friends nearby. Here my compliments to booking.com - they agreed to the partial refund and provided a compensation so it feels fair for me at the end.
