Poziția locatiei( vedere spre mare, parțială), aproape de centrul stațiunii, liniștea, dotările bucătăriei( inclusiv faptul că am putut face un grătar).
Vila este o clădire veche de locuit, transformată în locație hotelieră fără prea multe modificări. Mobilierul este vechi, perdele vechi, tâmplăria veche, cam totul este vechi. Ușile scârțâiau, în special cea de la baie, funcționarea toaletei și a robinetului din baie, trezeau pe toată lumea. Am redus volumul de apă la rezervorul toaletei din robinetul de alimentare, la fel și la bateria de la chiuvetă. Am adus ulei de motor și am uns balamalele de la uși…patul din una din camere scârțâia tare.

Nice city. The seaside villa is a very old house,e
with see vew,
the house needs more improovements , the
kitchen is impossibil to use, exept cofemaker.
one bedroom has a very old storage that
remind me of my university old bedroom
The rent was very high for this conditions
No hand soap, no cleening in the house for
the 11 days

the location is near the sea
The house needs to be renovated ( during a storm the water was flowing from the ceiling!)
The furniture is too old
There were big cockroaches in the kitchen
