Unfortunately, all things considered, it is quite expensive accommodation for all that is provided.

What I can say as a positive is that they reacted quickly when I locked the key in the apartment because the door has an automatic lock. I can also say that Magda was extremely kind and polite. I can also say the same about the ladies who clean the area. Bed linen and towels were changed once in eight nights. The apartments are close to the beach, that's a positive.

I stayed 8 nights with my mother in apartment F6 - Double Room. The apartment is small, but it's ok. What was not ok was the presence of ants in the apartment on the third day. After checking in, the manager Magda immediately came . Her reaction was to spray them with an anti-ant spray, but she did not know whether the spray was harmful to animals or not, since it is a pet-friendly accommodation. They could not provide an ant killer that was not harmful to animals so I asked for a change of apartment, but that was not possible. So they came and sprayed and said that it must stand for at least 2 hours, after which the area must be well ventilated and washed. The protection against ants lasted for 2 days, after which they brought me an anti-ant spray that they left in the apartment. So I often sprayed the area between the kitchen and the bathroom. Another problem was that there was no net on the bathroom window. This is not the case with all apartments. The third problem is extremely bad wi-fi, so much so that we couldn't play any recordings. Reading newspapers and messages was possible. The next problem is the lack of privacy on the terrace, which was almost like a passage to the 2 apartments next door. The terrace was constantly exposed to the sun. It was literally impossible to sit on the terrace before 4 in the afternoon. It means that we had to have breakfast and lunch in a room where there was one chair and an improvised table and there were no closet, so we kept things on that "table". It's really not clear to me that it was difficult to put up a fence to separate the terrace from the passage to the other apartments. A curtain could also be placed to protect the space from the sun. An additional problem, although in addition to everything else it seems insignificant, was that there were only 2 chairs and a rusty table on the terrace.

I have stopped counting how many times I have stayed at Cavo. Excellent property on the edge of Polychrono - a May vacation there was a heaven. Magda is an excellent host - thank you for your attentiveness.

Returning back to Cavo

This was my second visit during this summer and I have really enjoyed staying at Cavo. Seafront views, beautiful landscape in the garden, very calm and quiete location but 5min walking distance from all cafes and anything else you would need. Polychrono overall is a favorite destination :)

Bad management

The sea view

The air of the room, both mattress had mold. After i inform the owner, was changed only one mattress and for the small bed he reversed the side mattress. I wasn't agreed the solution and the owner very easy invited me to leave the property at 6.00 pm (after i payed 966eur/7nights)

The location is great, in a quiet area, at the end of the resort, near the beach. Good conditions for accomodation of a 4 person familly. Near the beach The beach view

The beach has sand full of rocks, and is tight In the water is full of rocks When there are waves, sea urchins come close to the shore If there was a beach with sand the location would have been perfect.

Beautiful apartment

The room was beautiful, although a little small it had all needed necessities and the furniture was new. Overall we were more than satisfied with the apartment. It was located in the quiet part of Polychrono. Also, the host was very friendly and helpful.

Although the apartment was located in front of a beach, the beach was rocky and not very good for swimming. However, in a 50 meters distance, there were many beach bars which were beautiful and good for swimming.

I will come back to this place

Stayed here multiple times and will definitely choose it again. Very nice location, very cosy and clean apartments with terrace. Has it’s own parking as well. Quite part of Polychrono but very close to everything you need and the beach is literrally in front of you. Thumbs up!

loved the location right at the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops, beautiful sea view, beach just a step away, a lot of beach clubs in walking distance, apartment like the pictures, cleaning of the apartment anytime you desire, equiped kitchen, reception was really nice, we could check in earlier and even check out later, which was really convienent, as we had an evening flight. apartment has a good size, but the bathroom is kind of small. I would really like to stay there again, if a few improvements would be done like better cleaning, separate air condition for upstairs and mosquito nets for the windows

poor cleaning, spider webs everywhere, whole apartment needs deep cleaning, especially bathroom and balcony. If cleaning keeps going on on this level, I'm afraid the apartment will look run down very soon. Room upstairs needs separate A/C, it has a fan, but thats not comfortable, gets really hot at night and it is impossible to let the window open as it has no mosquito net.

Great Location directly on the beach. Parking right next to the apartments.

No Wifi during our stay, even after telling the host about it. The Balcony is not very private and people could theoretically look through the window in the room if the blinds are not closed properly.

A perfect location, at the end of Polychrono beach, a quiet place, not crowded.

The location is perfect, 20 meters next to the sea. The split apartment ( two levels) has a generous terrace with fantastic sea view.

Because the villa it has a minimalistic design ( very nice!), without any roof eaves, at the upper level, in case of rainning, the water enter in the room if the windows are open.
