Zwembadje bij het huisje. Vanaf begin van de middag steeds meer schaduw in de tuin en door de ligging op een heuvel altijd wat wind.
De staat van onderhoud: alles heeft flink geleden van de zon en het zoute kraanwater. Alle kranen zij gecorrodeerd en half verstopt, vlotter in toilet blijft hangen. Vaatwasser staat op een belachelijke plek waardoor je deze op je knieën moet in- en uitruimen. Zeer beperkte hoeveelheid serviesgoed. Airco op 2e verdieping had zelfs eind juni onvoldoende capaciteit. Huisje ligt op een steile heuvel waardoor je een auto nodig hebt voor brood, boodschappen, strand en restaurants.
