Semeli Lux apt, Siviri

The apartment was exceptionally clean and very well furnished. Everything felt brand new and showed virtually no signs of wear and tear. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design, and having great extra amenities - like the washing machine and dishwasher - was a fantastic bonus that made the stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The host was also very helpful and incredibly easy to reach whenever we needed him. Beyond the apartment itself, Siviri is a fantastic destination for families. It features a beautiful sandy beach and offers a wonderful variety of nice restaurants to enjoy.

There were a few maintenance issues during our stay. The baseboard cover under the kitchen cabinets wasn't well secured and kept falling down. The bathroom drains were initially clogged, though the host was very responsive and quickly sent a plumber to resolve it. Unfortunately, the dishwasher also had a leak that the plumber couldn't easily fix, so we weren't able to use it for the remainder of our trip. Regarding the space, the bedrooms are quite small, making it a bit tricky to maneuver when you need to get something out of the wardrobe. Additionally, the building lacks good soundproofing. You can easily hear neighbors' footsteps and doors closing, and they were very noisy late at night. While this wasn't pleasant, it is obviously something out of the host's control. We also missed that touch of traditional Greek hospitality we’ve experienced at other stays. There weren't any clear welcome compliments, and we weren't sure if the few items left around were provided by the host or just left behind by previous guests. Lastly, the location isn't the most central, but we were fully aware of this before booking - it wasn't a big deal for us and just gave us an excuse to enjoy some longer walks!

Apartment totally new, everything is there for comfortable stay, beds are excellent, mosquito nets are on all windows, quiet surrounding. AC in every room. Host is amazing, very friendly. We would definitely come back! Big recommend . ❤️
