Amplasata intr-o zona din care poti ajunge repede cu masina la supermarket sau plaje, vila beneficiaza de toate utilitatile din descriere. De asemenea dotarile acesteia ne-au facut vacanta mult mai placuta si mai usoara. Gazda, o persoana cumsecade, ne-a asteptat cu toate ca noi am intarziat putin fata de ora la care am spus ca vom ajunge. Aceasta ne-a asteptat cu sucuri reci, inghetata, apa si vin la rece. Toate aceastea ne-au facut sederea mult mai placuta. Bucataria echipata cu toate cele necesare inclusiv condimente, dormitoarele si baia curate si la fel cu toate cele necesare. Toate camerele sunt doatate cu ventilatoare incastrate in tavan cu corpuri de iluminat ce pot fi comandate prin telecomanda. Vila este racoroasa pe timp de zi si nu prea s-a simtit nevoia de aer conditionat sau de a porni ventilatoarele. Zona este foarte linistita. Rocamand cu placerea aceasta cazare si sper ca vom reveni anul urmator.

Ωραίο οικογενειακό κατάλυμα.
Το σπίτι είναι άνετο και περιποιημένο, με ωραίο μεγάλο κήπο, που τον απόλαυσε και ο σκύλος μας, και πολύ χώρο για στάθμευση. Έχει όλα τα σκεύη και ο οικοδεσπότης, που είναι πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, μας υποδέχτηκε με ένα σωρό "δωράκια", μέλια, μαρμελάδες, καφέδες μέχρι μακαρόνια και σάλτσες. Η θέση του σπιτιού είναι πολύ βολική, μεταξύ Σκαλας Φούρκας και το χωριού της Φούρκας. Η περιοχή έχει ωραίες παραλίες και ποικίλα μέρη για φαγητό και ποτό.
Το ένα και μοναδικό μπάνιο έχει μια μικρή ντουζιέρα, η οποία απομονώνεται με μια κουρτίνα έξω από τα όριά της. Αποτέλεσμα, όταν κάνεις ντουζ, το νερό τρέχει στο πάτωμα και το πατοσίφωνο αργεί να το απορροφήσει. Η τιμή, αφού μειώθηκε, είναι οριακά καλή. Η αρχική τιμή ήταν υπερβολική.
