Η τοποθεσία, η ηρεμία και ησυχία, η έλλειψη συνωστισμου από τουρίστες. Η πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στο χωριό Μολα Καλύβα. Το οδικό δίκτυο με πρόσβαση σε άλλα χωριά και κοινότητες σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα.Ο σεβασμός στην καθαριότητα με πολλούς κάδους απορριμμάτων πέριξ του χωριού.
Η χαμηλη πίεση στο νερό κάποια χρονικά διαστήματα, και η έλλειψη διαχωριστικου τοιχου στο μπαλκονι με το διπλανό δωμάτιο όσον αφορά τον δικό μας όροφο.Βέβαια , υπήρχε διαχωριστικό κιγκλιδωμα ,αλλά έβλεπε ο ένας ένοικος τον άλλο !

A kornyek csendes, az udvar eleg nagy a gyerekek tudtak jatszani, a szobak eleg nagyok voltak. A Konyha fel volt szerelve.
Cak egy szekreny volt mint a negyunk ruhainak. A tengerpart a kozelben koves es a part nagyon keskeny, ezert a kornyezo strandokra jartunk autoval.
