It was a great time spend there. View, house, territory, sea - unforgetable.

It was great time spend here… the sunset is unbelievable. The house was perfect for three couples. And we had a dog. We had 2 rooms on the third floor and one on the second. With two showers on the floors. Additional room and shower was on the minus first floor, we use it as additional option, when we come back from the beach at one time. Also there was a washing machine. All needed equipment in the kitchen, coffee machine, microwave, plates, glasses, pots, pans. A loot of space inside of the house, same as outside veranda. We even sleep sometimes outside during the day, as the bad was really comfortable. During our stay in the meadow of our period , we even had a house cleaning, and change of the bad sheets. I was pleasant surprise by that. Communication with administration was great. The walk distance to the beach is 1min) was great to swim in the morning or spent romantic nights at the beach. It was quite enough during our stay (it was the end of Sept) not a lot of neighbors was at the near villas. The territory was great, green.

The only issue was at home that we had an elder parents , for that it was difficult to go upstairs to the bedroom, as there is no bedroom on the ground floor. And the beach is close to the villas but had some line of rocks at the entrance , than it is nice sand. But for elder people was difficult to walk there in and out. The only issue we manage we all swim with croocs ( slippers) on us.

Mixed feelings: because the way it is advertised and the price paid, I had better expectations. I liked the location and

The location of the villa Pyrofani is exceptional - literally, 2 minutes away from Akropolis beach and bar. Zattero beach and bar is next to it, also of a very good quality. In my view these are the two best beaches in Skala Fourka both in terms of beach facilities as well as access to the sea. I also liked very much the outside terrace - it enables up to 8 people setting at the table for having the breakfast or dinner at night, as well as enjoying the see view. It is a generous place since is has another sitting place / couch with a small table where one can even take a quick nap in the late afternoon :). What they don’t say is that there two stairs that connects the terrace with the living room, which can be problematic if you have small kids with you. The living room that connects with the terrace is also ok, in line with the expectation, with a relatively well equipped kitchen. Finally, the two bedrooms at the top floor of the villa are ok, both in terms of quality of bed mattresses and depositary space.

This is an old villa, built in the nineties, more than 35 years old. It has been recently refurbished - painting is ok but the quality of the furniture in the main bedroom was very bad. I start with the gliding door which was not working properly hence neither we slept well because the door didn’t close properly and we heard the noise made in the entire villa nor the other guests were happy because of the noise made every time we had to open it. I asked to be fixed but the specialist was not … available. Then the mattress of the additional bad is a very poor one - it has already a shaped form of the people who slept before hence you feel like in a hamac. Finally, since this bedroom was added later in the architecture of the building the floor is noisy when you move here and there. And, very importantly it has stairs to get in and out which can be dangerously if you have small kids with you. I am not going to mention what they call TV sets in the main bedroom (it is a computer screen :)) but definitely on the one from the living room the owner could have done a much better job given this villa is advertised as an premium facility. The washing machine was not functional. Though we stayed there 10 days, it was not fixed. You need to buy / bring your own toilet paper since it will not be replenished during your stay. And don’t forget to bring your toiletries - we had only one small dose of shampoo and shower gel per bathroom during the entire stay :). Lastly, the villa is advertised as having 4 bedrooms but the fourth one is at the basement and one can feel the humidity and smell the scent of basement bathroom. Pls be aware of this important aspect if you are to consider using this room as well.

Location in front of the sea was perfect. Close to the supermarket and very nice beaches&restaurants. 3 bathrooms were a big plus👍🏻

Exceptional

What an amazing villa! We (a family of 5) stayed for 2 weeks and it felt like home from day one. The villa has everything you need for a great vacation and it truly felt like "home away from home". The villa is very clean and with a minimalist interior design. The beach is literally a 2-minute walk from the villa (very helpful when you have a toddler). The beach was not busy at all, which was something we were looking for. There is a beach bar nearby but it was never too noisy or overcrowded while we were at the beach. We could not hear any noise from the bar back at the villa, so it was just us, the crickets and the sea at night. We enjoyed quiet and tranquil evenings on the back porch facing the huge green lawn and were able to witness gorgeous sunsets daily. It’s heaven for kids! Stable and fast WiFi connection, so we could even finish some work in the meantime… Perfect for families or people looking for a quiet vacation in a place that truly feels like home. We can’t wait to be back next summer!

У нас были невероятные 2 дня отпуска на вилле. Фото на букинге соответствуют действительности . Все было замечательно.

Было очень чисто, вид на море, красивая вилла снаружи и внутри. Все необходимое для проживания ( фен, утюг, посуда, игры настольные, одеяла, чистое постельное белье), запах в доме.
