Peace and serenity
House is beautifully designed, inside and out. Garden is really big and safe, ideal for children to run around. Clean, comfortable beds, well equiped, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine etc... house is also equipped with umbrellas, chairs and mats that you can take to the beach. Part of the road that leads to the house is steep and part of it is unpaved, so having a car is a must or some other type of vehicle like quad, scooters etc. Nearest beach is about 3min away by car - Possidi West Beach, and it is clean and beautifull. Sea entrance is one part rocky (mainly where all the restaurants are), while the other part is sand. We really enjoyed our stay and we'd love to come back again!
There are couple of things that we disliked but it did not ruin our stay: -only 1 drying rack for towels in the yard -shared toilet had bad smell coming from sewage -it would've been good to have more pods for dishwasher, dishsoap, toilet paper etc -there were also ants in the kitchen, we didn't mind this, but on occasion it would be good to spray some ant reppelent -bad lighting in rooms and on the ground floor balcony

Bella e comoda struttura, ma in stato di manutenzione scadente
La villa ha una bella struttura mista in pietra e muratura e dispone di un ampio giardino posteriore con ampia vista sulle colline circostanti. La cucina è spaziosa, bene attrezzata e dotata di lavastoviglie. Le camere doppie sono di buone dimensioni ma dei tre bagni solo due hanno una doccia. La posizione della villa è in un'area molto tranquilla raggiungibile con una breve strada sterrata dalla vicina spiaggia o con circa 1Km di strada sterrata dalla strada di scorrimento principale. La prossimità con le altre strutture della zona non ha creato particolari fastidi.
Lo stato di manutenzione della villa è purtroppo scadente: la cabina di una doccia è rotta (un'anta è bloccata e la seconda è mancante), la griglia a terra nel bagno a piano terra è sfondata, alcune zanzariere e tapparelle sono rotte o bloccate, uno dei paralumi interni manca, metà delle lampadine di illuminazione esterna non funzionano, in cucina ci sono formiche... Al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato set di asciugamani pronti per l'uso nelle camere (tutti gli asciugamani erano stesi ad asciugare nel giardino!) nè dotazioni di benvenuto. Nelle camere da letto mancavano diverse lampade da comodino e il tavolo da pranzo esterno in marmo non aveva una lampada per illuminarlo durante le cene serali; Angelos è stato molto gentile ed ha cercato di rimediare portandoci un paio di lampade da comodino e una lampadina per illuminare il tavolo del patio ma il resto dei guasti è rimasto senza soluzione. Peccato perchè se fosse curata e manutenuta come meriterebbe la villa potrebbe essere valutata 9...
