Great accommodation!

The apartment has everything needed for the holiday. It is placed very close to a big supermarket convenient for shopping. The balcony is big and there is shade from the trees. We were welcomed by the owner and he was very responsive and helpful when we needed transportation to the airport. The room is as presented in the pictures, there is always hot water, the AC is working great, the WiFi signal is sometimes weak, but OK. We recommend this apartment for a great holiday!

Overvalued

The flat needs definitely major renovation. From the furniture to appliances and doors everything is really old and starts to break down. Also it’s next to the main road so you will hear the traffic from the main road all day and night long.

Exceptional Greek Hospitality

We were accomodated in a ground floor apartment which felt quite private with a small garden for the kid to play in.It was a simple but clean and comfortable apartment that provided us with everything we needed!Location is good-5 min on foot to the beach and 7 min to the city center,150 m from the best supermarket in Hanioti.Parking is available just next to the property which is a big bonus for this resort.But what made our stay trully great was the hospitality of the host Komnas-he was literally available 24/7,very quickly reacted to a few issues we had ,gave us some aditional equipment (including sun unbrellas) and was always there to give us info about Hanioti and recommend a place to eat,bathe,etc.Thank you Komnas!!!

The host was really kind to us! Terrace is good.

Apartment was very dirty, bathroom was really small and without sufficient equipment. Also kitchen was not very clean and in the apartment was very bad smell.

THE BEST PLACE IN HANIOTI

Komnas is a really great host, he and his wife were so nice and they explained us every little thing. He was there for us at any time we needed him. The place was clean, nice and we had everything we needed. They also guided us about places near Hanioti and we explored everything. It's an amazing place and we deffinitely recommend to go there ! 🙂

Excellent accommodation! The host was very friendly and the room was clean and tidy. The location was also great, 5 minutes walking distance from the centre of the village and only 5-10 min. driving from the best beach bars in Chalkidiki. Highly recommended!

objekat se nalazi na jako dobrom mestu , u blizini svega sto je potrebno : mora, centra , velikog marketa , prostrane terase su preko celog dana u ladovini , gazda nam je omogucio i parking u dvoristu u ladovini. Kad smo kod gazde,Komnas je jako dobar covek i pomogao nam je u vezi svega sto nas je interesovalo i sto nam je bilo potrebno. Vodi racuna cak i o najmanjim sitnicama. Sigurno dolazimo opet !!!! Za svaku preporuku ocena 10+
