Absolutely perfect in every way - the kind of place you never want to leave.

Maya’s apartment is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed at - if I could rate it more than 10, I absolutely would! Apartment no. 17, located on the top floor, is stunning - beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully designed. It’s clear that an architect or professional designer was involved - the space is both elegant and cozy. The apartment features a separate bedroom and living room, a spacious terrace with a sea view, a fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine!), and a spotless, modern bathroom. The terrace also overlooks the parking area, which is a big plus. Both the bed in the bedroom and the one in the living room are exceptionally comfortable. We were welcomed and farewelled with genuine warmth. During our 5-day stay, towels and bed linen were changed several times - something rarely seen even in top-tier hotels. This place truly exceeded all our expectations. I highly, highly recommend it and thank the wonderful hosts for creating such a perfect experience. More than 10/10 - we’ll definitely be back!

Nice location, but poor cleaning quality

Maya Apartments have an excellent location, close to the center. The apartment is large, with enough space and have a very nice terace. The bed was comfortable. The garden is nice and there is a play area for the little ones. The parking is good. The owner is very kind.

The water in the apartament changes temperature from 0-60 degrees in seconds, for no reason. The cleaner came for the first time on the third day, the trash was already full, the floor was dirty. Cleaning was done with just a vacuum cleaner, up to 5 minutes. The sheets were changed on the 4th day. For 6 days the cleaners never mopped the apartmen..., so the floors were dirty all the time... The quality of the interior design of the kitchen and the bathroom is poor. The quality of the towels was poor, after you use them, white cotton remains on your body....

there was a rusty manhole in the garden, with faulty rusty cover. One of the kids fell into it. Lucky there were only light scratches but its a risky place that needs to be fixed.

This place is amazing. People were great. You feel like home for the first moment. Centar of the city and still super quiet for sleeping. Its even more beautiful than on the pictures. The stuff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The backyard on of the house is perfect for children. Amazing!

Maya apartment had everything you needed. The apartment was kept very clean and its interior was very modern. The beach was only 5 minutes walking distance away from the apartment. Close to the apartment there are many shops and restaurants for lunch and dinner. We were provided with everything we needed such as towels, iron, coffee machine and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary kitchen supplies. The staff was very welcoming and took good care of us during our stay! Can't wait to come back :)

Özellikle Tesise iki üç dakika yürüme mesafesinde olan pastanenin ürünleri inanılmaz lezzetteydi.Mutfak malzemeleri temiz , yeni ve oldukça yeterliydi. Balkonlu olması çok iyiydi. Oda temizliği havlu çarşaf değişimi düzenli olarak yapıldı. Araç ile geldik bize ait bir park yeri ayarladılar İhtiyacınız olan her şeye bu kadar kolay ulaşabilmek harika. Tesis sahipleri o kadar güleryüzlü ve yardımcılardı ki kendimizi evimizde gübi hissettik Geç bir saatte gelmek zorunda kaldığımız halde bizi bekleyip odamızı hazırlamışlar ve ikramlıklar koymuşlardı. Çok teşekkürler

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem tollen Apartment

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, alles neu, sauber und modern. Das Balkon groß und einladend. Die Klima sowie alles andere funktioniert wunderbar. Bis zum Zentrum sind es ca. 5 Gehminuten, bis zum Strand 7-8 Gehminuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei. Kinderfreundliches Personal sowie die gesamte Ortschaft.

Meeres Blick wäre toll aber wir wursten vorher, dass das nicht klappen wird.

Smeštaj i objekat koji je prevazišao sva naša očekivanja! 👌 Mir, čistoća (čisti peškiri i posteljina na svaka dva dana) ljubaznost svih zaposlenih, Nataša je fantastičan domaćin ❤️. Komunikacija na maksimalnom mogućem nivou, na sve upite odgovaraju u rekordnom roku. Dostupnost svih potrebnih prodavnica, pekara, restorana, medical centar.. na svega minut ste u centru zbivanja. Gradska plaža je na par minuta od smeštaja.

Perfect!

Totul a fost exact așa cum ne-am așteptat! Locația este chiar în inima stațiunii Hanioti, aproape de taverne,market,bakery, iar plaja este la doar 7 min de mers. Deși este centrala, am avut parte si de liniște, fiind pe o străduță . Barul din colț însă face zgomot cat pentru 10 😂 totuși, geamurile izolează bine fonic.

We waren gelogeerd op de gelijkvloerse verdieping. De inrichting van het appartement is modern, de meubelstukken zijn nieuw, alle voorzieningen zijn er zoals vooraf aangegeven (keuken met alle benodigdheden, strijkijzer, strijkplank, airco, safe, wifi, tv). De badkamer is aangenaam modern ingericht en proper. Het hele appartement geeft een boutique hotel gevoel. Het dubbel bed was een kingsize, in de woonkamer was een zetelslaapbed waar eventueel twee personen kunnen slapen en een zetelbed voor één persoon. Bij ons appartement hoorde een buitenterras met zithoek (en wasdroogrek). De tuin en de hele omgeving van het appartement is zeer goed onderhouden, de eigenaars en hun medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk en volgen de algemene netheid zeer goed op. Tijdens ons verblijf van zes nachten kregen we zeer regelmatig verse handdoeken. De eigenaars en medewerkers zijn zeer attent en komen met oplossingen en aangename verrassingen.

Hoewel het buitenterras zeer aangenaam is om te zitten, was er weinig tot geen privacy, misschien kunnen de eigenaars overwegen om een scherm te plaatsen tussen de verschillende buitenterrassen maar dat zal misschien andere nadelen geven. Het gebouw, de inrichting ervan, het hele opzet van de eigenaars is duidelijk en eigentijds, men heeft veel geïnvesteerd om het een fijne plek te maken voor een vakantie. Het zijn echter de gasten die soms voor wat negativiteit zorgen door geen rekening te houden met het feit dat iedereen rust wil tijdens een vakantie. Wij hadden buren enerzijds zeer aangenaam en respectvol en anderzijds buren die zeer luidruchtig waren tot een stuk in de nacht. Ik wil benadrukken dat dit puur aan de vakantiegangers lag, de eigenaars kunnen hier niet veel aandoen.

Ev sahibi çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydü, her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldular. Ayrıca hediyeniz için tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz. Evin konumu harikaydı; markete, restoranlara ve plajlara yürüme mesafesinde. Araba kullanmaya hiç gerek kalmadan çevrede keyifli vakit geçirebildik. Ev tertemizdi, yataklar da oldukça rahattı. Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Çok beğendik tertemiz modern döşenmiş harika bir apartman dairesi 1 oda 1 salon ve büyük balkon salondaki koltuk açılıp 2 kişinin yatacağı büyük bir yatağa dönüşüyor. Mutfakta 4 kişilik ihtiyaç duyulan her şey var. Çalışanlar çok tatlı ve yardım sever. Hanoiti merkeze 1 dk mesafede. Afytos a 18 dk mesafede.

Beğenmediğimiz hiçbir özelliği yok. Sadece en alt kat müsait olsaydı orada kalmayı isterdik.
