The property was so dirty that I can’t even describe it without vomiting. We were scrubbing for hours the bathroom and any surface we had to touch.

Value for money at a great location in Hanioti

The location is great! 400-500 meters from the beach and the main square where all the bars/restaurants are located. There is a huge public (free of charge) parking space next to the apartments. The apartments have a very big balcony where you can relax after a full day in the beach. Taking into account the prices in Hanioti (it's the most expensive location in Halkidiki), what you get for this price is great value for money

In some cases a renovation might be needed but nevertheless, the price was very fair when considering the location

Renovation in some cases might be needed but the great hospitality and the very fair price compensates for it

We were quite disappointed by the condition of the apartment.

The apartment is very close to the supermarket and the area with a lot of restaurants and shops. The locals also sell local products (fresh fruits and olives) very close to the apartment. The apartment has a small terrace we used to relaxed and enjoy our meals.

One of the bedrooms has no windows, except from small opening into a living room. The kitchen was without suitable utensils. There were four of us. There were only three glasses, no dishwasher fluid, no suitable knife or cooking dishes. The fridge is very old one, was not cleaned properly. The bathroom is in a very bad condition.

Probably our worst experience ever.

We had a blackout for 3 days and no support from the host whatsoever. No electricity, no water, had to use a bucket of rainwater to use a bathroom. Even with the power back on its a very basic apartment with old equipment to say the least, maybe 2 square meter bathroom, window door did not lock, mould on the balcony, very close neighbours with loud noise through the night, also noise from AC of supermarket nearby. Probably our worst experience ever.
