Excellent location, right across the beach
The bathroom was more than tiny and the hot water didn’t work at all

It’s very near to the sea and it has a free zone area… but it’s crowded and you have to be very fast if you want to be close to the sea.
It has no parking and it is almost impossible to find a spot. In addition there is a big yard at the front and parking that you cannot use. The neighbours are not nice at all and if you are with kids it is not a good experience.
