Host were super friendly.

Furniture is too old and beds were not very confortable. Air conditioning was working but didn't cool the air and was very warm in the rooms, very hard to sleep. We felt we paid too much for what we got.

Very good apartment close to the beach

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen-salon and terrace. Well-equipped kitchen and Washing machine is a big plus. The best thing is it is close the best beach in Pefkohori -3mins walking, no need to drive anywhere. Hosts are there ready to help and answer any questions.

Superb

Hosts were frendly. Apartment was very clean. It is equipped with all sort of things, like citrus strainer or washing powder in toiled. They have private parking, too. Location is close to the beach but it is also close to the main road.

As I said, location is close to the main road so it is not very quite place, but it is not a deal breaker since it is pretty quit during night and sound isolation is doing good job.

Lady host was very kind and friendly. She communicated promptly and precisely all needed information eithrr in person or by phone. Kitchen utensils and furniture were decent.

Matress in the bedroom on the lefthand side needs immediate replacement, not enough hard nor high, as well as air conditioner, which is obviously too old and has water leaks alnost all the time. Deep freezer shelf does not fit and is useless.

Very good

Actually it is not a hotel but sort of aparthotel and the owners live inside. No breakfast is provided and it is supposed the guests to clean on their own the rooms. Sheets are not changed. If you see it that way the place is nice. Ample and comfortable apartment with kitchen with all amenities. Actually it is pretty close to the beach and the nearby beach bars- Las Hermanos and Fiki. 5-6 minutes to the main pedestrian street (the promenade). Just at the opposite side is the supermarket Masoutis as well as some bakeries close to it. A huge advantage is their own parking. Although near the main street the place is quiet in the night.

I would expect cleanliness to be improved.

Exceptional

The property is excellent. We were there for nine days and we had great time. Apartmant is clean. Wi fi is very good. The owner is very kind and polite. The property has all you need, even more. Beach is near just 2-3 min of walk, market too. We recommended this proprety for every kind of trip. It is good for families with children.

Very good

Very good location near the beach. You had all that you need to cook if you would like. Rooms are big, AC was working fine. Rooms were clean, Wifi was ok, some interruptions. 2 supermarkets are very close, just one minute to walk.

Furniture was quite old, doors closed with a big noise and sometimes you need to lock it with the key for staying closed. One bed in kids room had a gap between the mattress and the wall so we used the kids room and the kids slept in the big bed. In the night the noise from the road is quite big, some noisy cars and bikes will wake up you and the kids for sure.

The apartment has a very good location in the centre of the village but still in a quite area. You are very close to taverns and shops but still if you have an apartment with garden view(not main street) as we had it is quite and very relaxing. The beach in Pefchohori is not the best but considering there is a parking place included, you have flexibility to visit many other beaches very close located. Apartment very clean and comfortable, very good for a family. Host very helpful and nice.

Maybe a small garden would’ve been nice to have but still there is a balcony and also is visible from the pictures that there is no garden so was not a problem for us.

Good

Clean and tidy, 5 minutes walk from the sea, 15 minutes walk from the beach. Beach Chrousso is 15 minutes by car and this is a a superb beach. Good convenient grocery stores nearby.

The nearby beach is very stony, impossible to use withoit special shoes. Unfortunately there was some confusion with the apartment as we were not given the one we booked. We were told that it was because we had requested a quiet one but we were not aware of any such request sent by us. The one we got was quiet and not bad but the original one had a more appealing interrior design. Perhaps this is not a big deal but it was in a way shocking upon arrival. Possible to cook but the pots and pans available there were not very universal and really useful sizewise and typewise. Also, it would have been more convenient if basic things such as salt, sugar, oil were available.
