Niki Apartment 100 meters from beautiful Beach - Pefkochori

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The host was welcoming and always quick to respond. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. We'd happily stay here again.

The location of the property was absolutely amazing for Pefkochori. You can step out of the building and be on the beach in less than 2 minutes. It is situated right where the sandy beach is wide and is very close to Fiki Beach. Our host, Aleksandra, was incredibly sweet. She mentioned several times that we should definitely call her if we needed anything. Although the house is compact, it was more than enough for our stay with our 2 children. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. The location is also very convenient—only a 5-minute walk to the market, and we took a delightful 20-minute walk to the wonderful restaurants near the old church, which was really enjoyable. There were entrances from both the garden and the back; sitting at the table by the garden entrance was very pleasant. For hot water, you just need to switch on a button, and it heats up within 2 minutes, which was absolutely no issue for us. Overall, we still had a wonderful stay!

The beds were not very comfortable, the kitchen utensils (forks, spoons, knives) could be renewed, and Wi-Fi was slow.

Чудове розташування , тихій і дуже красивий зелений доглянутий двір , поряд пляж , супермаркет, ресторани. В помешканні є все необхідне. Так як у нас був вечірній рейс , власниця нам любʼязно дозволила залишитись ще на декілька годин.

Так як це напівпідвальні апартаменти перші два три дні був запах , але потім ми провітрили і все було чудово . Але я була готова до цього.
