Alivia Garden

Everything about this villa is exceptional, we loved it. It has a huge yard (completely private with fences all around which was great for us because we traveled with our dog). It’s extremely well equipped, it has roller shutters on every window (which helps a lot to keep the house cool without having the AC on all the time), and in the kitchen you have absolutely everything you could possibly need. The 2 balconies have a wonderful sea view. The host, Alex, was very responsive and helpful everytime we had some questions. We liked the quiet village a lot and the fact that you can walk to the center in about 5-6 minutes, where you can find a few good tavernas, the supermarket. We will definitely return here in the future.

A fost totul perfect! Cazarea a fost echipată cu tot ce trebuie! Cazarea este foarte aproape de toate plajele moderne de pe brațul Kassandra ( 5-10 min cu auto). Recomand cu încredere această cazare, nu veți regreta!

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, άνετο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, καθαρό με καταπληκτική θέα από τις βεράντες και άνετο παρκάρισμα μέσα στο μεγάλο κτήμα που το περιβάλει. Το Παλιούρι είναι από τα πιο γραφικά χωριά της Χαλκιδικής. Ο Αλέξανδρος ήταν ευγενέστατος με άμεση ανταπόκριση σε ότι του ζητήσαμε. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Комфортный дом в спокойной деревне с замечательным видом с терассы. До различных пляжей можно добраться в пределах 5-10 минут на машине. Общение с хозяином было приятным.

В целом все замечательно. Возникали небольшие технические проблемы, но они всегда оперативно устранялись.
