We felt great and had a lovely time.

Right near the city center. Wonderful ground floor terase with a nice garden that we enjoyed. Big free parking nearby, close to supermarket and center shops and taverns.

Overall, our stay was disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and comfort, despite the kindness of the hosts.

On a positive note, the hosts were extremely kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the place was not what we expected for the price we paid. The lighting in the room was poor, and the bathroom was dirty when we arrived. The mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and overall, the cleanliness was not up to standard. There was no parking provided, but it was usually possible to find a spot in front of the property.

Excellent location in the center, close to the sea. The apartments correspond to the photo. I liked that there is a mini kitchen. Thanks to the owner for everything.

Hosts made us feel at home in a clean apartment at an excellent location

The building is located at the exit of the center of Hanioti. One of your bedrooms will always face a relatively quiet street where a public football field is located, but depending on the apartment that you get, the second bedroom will either face a really quiet corner or a busy shopping street that's active until much past midnight. We faced the busy street, which resulted in some opening/closing of balcony doors and windows during the night to balance fresh air with street noise. The sound insulation of the doors and windows is excellent, so you can shut down the noise, although it could get hot with windows closed. Collecting the keys was super-easy, as the owner was sitting in front of the building when we arrived. The host, Giannis, is extremely pleasant and easy-going, and is available in front of the apartments almost always when you may need him. Phone communication with Giannis' daughter is always an option, in case you need something at other times. I can't remember the last time I was hosted by such wonderful hosts. Any small issue that we ran into was very quickly solved. The apartment is spacious and clean, cleaned every 3-4 days with bedsheet and towel changes. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from amenities such as fast food, restaurants, Masoutis supermarket, and anything else you may need. It is also close to the central beach of Hanioti.

As commonly seen on holidays in Greece, the bathroom is small, cramped, with water splashing around as you shower. Also, the quality of the bed mattresses could be improved. The beach is mostly taken up by businesses that rent sunbeds and shade, so it's quite difficult to enjoy the nearest beach.

Great accommodation in Hanioti

We booked 2 apartments and we were very satisfied with the accommodation and location. It is right in the center part of Hanioti close to shops and restaurants, but also close to the beach (just a short 5 minute walk). The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We loved the big terrace overlooking the city and the nearby park. Our host, Mr. Giannis, was very friendly and helpful and made our stay memorable.

Perfect family holiday

Big renovated room, very clean and nice. New well-functioning air conditioners. Linen and towels were changed, the apartment was cleaned during our stay without us asking for that. We had a big yard with nice garden table and cosy seats. Spacious suite, bright with a view of the playground(our son loved it), trees, perfect beds, extremely friendly and helpful host, close to shops, beach, tavernas. Free parking across the street and a very good WiFi. Greetings to our friend Giannis and Marika for their hospitality and kindness.

Highly recommended

This is one of the best places to stay while in Hanioti. We had a great time there and the host was very nice, friendly and helpful. We were at the property before Checking In time, and we have to had a Zoom Meeting, the host helped us, he menage to give us internet and place to have the Zoom meeting. Also we were there with our dog and this stay was great for him too. We had the room with a garden view where he was running around and playing. This place and the host really made our stay in Hanioti exellent and remembrall.

Owners came to meet us at the bus stop and took us to the apartment. Apartment was spacious, very clean and only 5 minute walk to the beach and excellent value for money.

Nagyon nagyon szuper hely! Ajánlom bárkinek.

Minden szuper volt. Szép, tiszta apartman, hatalmas erkély, klíma minden szobában. Rendkívül kedves szállásadó. A sétálóutca közvetlen közelében, 5 perc séta a part. Sok parkolóhely, boltok a közelben. 2 családdal voltunk, nagyon szerettük!! Köszönjük a kedves búcsúajándékot!

A konyhában jól jött volna egy mikró és kávéfőző, de megoldottuk.

Дуже зручне розташування. Я б сказала, що в самому серці міста. Привітний господар, який нас чекав хоча ми затрималися. Досить просторе помешкання, зручні ліжка з білою постільною білизною та білими рушниками.

Не зручним було, що одна розетка біля ліжка не працювала, коли не працювали кондиціонери (а вони працювали лише за умов зачинених всіх вікон); штори з дірками теж дещо засмутили. Та і стан санвузла потребує ремонту

Чудове місце розташування. Все поруч - пляж, супермаркет, ресторани. Інтернет був доступний постійно. Окремо варто відмітити надзвичайно приємних господарів - Маріку та її батька. Це однозначно місце в яке ви захочете повернутись.
