Its an old not refurbished apartment with few issues. The hosts or renters agents were bugging me with lot of messages trying to show and create perception of care. However they are mainly interested in 0 engagement and to take money and run approach. The fact they didn’t provide toilet paper was really strange and creates discomfort especially if you arrive late when shops are closed. So I left few rolls for the next visitor… Another thing is that cost of bringing a pet was communicated 1 day before arrival and basically it was impossible to change plans but to pay money…

Die Lage für das Apartment mit direktem Meerblick ist super! Der schöne Strand und alle Geschäfte sind sehr nahe. Die Klimaanlage lief einwandfrei, was speziell für den Sommer dringend erforderlich ist. Schlüsselübergabe einwandfrei über einen Code und Box am Eingang. Der Balkon ist super und es gab bequeme Strandliegen zum Apartment dazu. Die Waschmaschine war auch ein Gewinn. Die Email Kommunikation war okay, lösbare Probleme wurden dadurch gelöst. Aber man ist ansonsten auf sich gestellt, was für solch eine Unterkunft absolut okay ist

Es muss dringend renoviert werden. Die Einrichtung ist alt/älter und muss dringend ersetzt werden. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer und mein Rücken haben nicht zusammengepasst. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war okay für mich. Das Bad hat nur eine offene Duschtasse und ein Set zum Wischen, weil man das Badezimmer nass macht. Die Küche und Armaturen sind schon alt, hier muss dringend Ersatz hin. Die Außenfassade blättert auch ab, das entspricht de, aktuellem Renovierungszustand. Wir hatten am letzten Tag kein Internet mehr und die letzten 2-3h auch keinen Strom. Das lag aber an Griechenland, nicht am Apartment.
