Nomadic Apartment

Very well located in the middle of pefkochori, with restaurants/beach etc within 1 minute of walking! Really spacious apartement with big balcony. Good comunication with the owners. All the windows habe mosquitos nets!

The air conditioning is only in the kitchen/living room, the two bedrooms have fans which don't help thaaat much with the heat! I recommend openint the windows during the night and close everything during the day, in order to keep the apartement a little bit cool. Or not go to greece in july ;) We had the worst experience when getting to the apartement, since it was not clean at all and did not look like the pictures! There was an awful smell of smoke/old peoples house, the kitchen was gross and the floors sandy and it was very very hot. When I wrote the owners to have it cleaned, they answered that someone could come the next day, which wasn't an option at all since we have a little daughter who touches everything and puts everyhting in her mouth, so I ended up cleaning myself. The bathroom and the bedrooms were clean, with clean sheets and towels. A broom and kitchen towels were missing, but they brought us that later. The tap water and the water of the shower is very salty, not drinkable at all. There were kids running around playing after 10pm, which made sleeping a little bit difficult. The beds don't have normal slatted frames but just regular wood, so the beds are not very comfortable. Also the "kids room" doesn't have blinds, so it is very bright in the morning. Future guests should either be really good sleepers or bring good earplugs and a sleeping mask. We asked for a refund for the cleaning issues, and got back some money, which was kind.
