A great place to stay for its value

Great place to stay. Brothers Makis and Theo are very friendly and helpful whatever we asked for. The place is very close to beach in 5 minutes of walking distance. It is also close to other famous beaches in Kassandra by driving (max. 30 minutes to the furthest beach).

Not what expected

It has a nice spacious front/garden, plenty of parking

- Noone cleaned the room in the two weeks stayed there, we been told where the cleaning mop is so we basically had to do it ourselves. - The owners live there too and were watching you constantly, making you feel uncomfortable and unable to enjoy yourself in the garden as they were also there. - No standing mirror so unable to check yourself. - Wifi was not working. - Old facilities in the bathroom. - The beach was 10 mins walk, however it was a very steep walk to it. - Tried to charge us extra without providing any kind of invoice.

The garden was perfect. The room had all the things that you need. Also it was near the beach which is 7-8 mins close to the apartment. The bed was new and very comfy, and it was very quiet at night.

Great quiet location close to a beautiful beach. Walking distance to Kriopigi center, good exercise. Nice hosts. Since it was preseason we were only guests with real holiday and rest we needed. Beautiful garden and sunrise.

Some doors needed lubrication because we're making noise in the middle of the night. Suggestion WD40

Amazing and unique

Most of all I liked the host, a very kind man, who was very friendly with us. I liked the view, the area, the nature that surrounded the property. The yard is amazing, with soft grass, a lot of trees and offering the opportunity for a breakfast or a diner outside. There is also a free parking space behind the building.

Durring the night we spent there, we heard some noises and also the refrigerator was pretty noisy. The wooden doors were making some noise also when we were closing them.

Very old place.

The view is sensational! The nearest beach is a wild one with little stone at the entrance to the water, but after crossing the rocks the water is clear and with fine sand.

The "Antonio by the sea" houses are nice, but the interiors are very old, the smell of old is everywhere. Small and noisy beds. Mattresses and pillows smelled of mold. I was with 2 small children and on the 4th day they started to have bumps on their body. The clean towels we found on the first day were not changed and no one asked us if we needed anything. When I made the reservation for 8 people, in the booking I was informed that we have 2 houses, but when I got there I discovered that it was actually two apartments in 2 different houses. Every day there were workers who painted and renovated the rest of the apartments, quite noisy, especially during the children's nap. The most annoying thing was that although we paid a cleaning fee, pretty big, the hosts asked us to throw the garbage in the public place :( Very disappointing.

Very pleasant hosts

Kriopigi has beautiful beach and you can go by foot on it. Apartment is equipped with everything you need. A bit high when coming back but it is nice nature where you walk.Hosts helped us with everything we needed. Thank you will visit you again.

Very good

The silence. It was great in the middle of August, when all Halkidiki is crowded, you can feel the tranquility in the backyard of Antonio accommodation. I would recommend the place for people who like tranquility, far from crowded places. Antonio and his wife are super responsive, great guys.

There was no mosquito nets on the windows. There are wooden windows shutters, but if you ask me nets are better solution. Also our apartment was oriented on the east , so I had a problem that it was a little bit hot in the mornings, but there are air-condition and ventilator, if you need them.

Küçük eksikliklerin dışında temiz, rahat ve yeterince bir tatil evi.

Tesis temiz ve yeterince denize yürüyerek - yamaçtan aşağı inerek 10-15 dakika. Sessiz ve güzel bir bahçesi var.

Evde bir şişe su bile yoktu. Su ısıtıcısı yoktu. Bir çok mutfak malzemesi eksikti. Eve sıcak havada bir şişe soğuk su konulması gerekirdi,ve yakında market vs. olmaması ilk ihtiyaçlar için daha duyarlı olunmasını tavsiye ediyorum. Belki bir kutu çay, biraz şeker, biraz kahve.. Zarif olabilirdi.

Lugnt och nära naturen

Värden och värdinnan var supertrevliga, kom med insektsspray, tvål och myggmedel, och var mkt tillmötesgående och gjorde allt de kunde för att vi skulle trivas. Området är lugnt och skönt. Här kan man koppla av.

Läget var lite off side men lugnt och skön atmosfär, mkt grönska och fantastiska värdar! Men...det fanns inga myggnät runt fönstren och rummet var fullt av mygg. Mkt brant väg till/från stranden. Fanns ingen tvål el diskmedel. Långt från affär. Värdarna ordnade snabbt med myggspray och tvål de är väldigt fina och vänliga människor .
