Perfect location, very optimal location of air conditioning which allowed to keep the air conditioning on during the night. Very friendly host who lives in the apartment on the first floor. The rooms are quite comfortable with access to a balcony with a sea-view. Kitchen is quite OK except the oven. The beach is almost private and huge, perfect for families with small children since the access to water is shallow and sandy. Overall I would say that we had a very pleasant stay and we would come back again.

1. I think that some information on booking must be corrected. Now it is written: check-in from 09:30-15:00, check-out from 02:00 till 08:00. If I see info like this I assume that the previous guest checks out at 08:00 the latest and the new guest can enter around 10:00. In reality our room was ready only at 15:00, thus we had to wait the whole period from 09:00 till 15:00 outside after having had night flight and sleepless night. In case of correct information I would have booked one additional night just to have the room ready in early morning. Anyway, we managed this but I would advise to make correction in check-in and check-out information to escape such situations. 2. There was no warm water in the kitchen- only cold, which is not very comfortable for dishwashing, especially if you cook a normal meal. The oven is also not the best one. It was not so bad for us since we didn't cook a lot, but if you plan to cook everyday, than maybe it is better to consider options with a better equipped kitchen. 3. In our apartment the shower cabin was extremely small, so my husband had real difficulties by taking shower.

The location is great for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle and are looking for a peaceful holiday. Wonderfull view from the terrace to the olive garden, the sea and the mountains. You need a car to get to shops and restaurants but for us this was not a problem, this slight inconvenience is at the expense of the quietness. On the other hand, there is a beach 100 m from the house.

The wasps. I have never seen so many wasps - both on the terrace, and in restaurants, and even on the beach. Maybe it's just a period, I can't tell.

Kostas was a excellent host - friendly and welcoming. The balcony has a magnificent view over the olive grove to the sea. Kostas provides private beach beds for guests and the beach was lovely and quiet when we stayed. The kitchen has food facilities (we cooked both nights) and food shops and tavernas are only a short drive away. Thank you for a lovely 2 days, I hope we will be back soon!
