We really liked the apartment - it was very well furnished, decorated and super clean. The balcony with the view to the sea was amazing for dinners outside. We used the barbecue in the yard once, also a great experience. The host, Kostantia, was a very kind and caring woman. She met us with a smile to give us the keys and had left welcome gifts for us. She went out of her way to give us a rundown of the surrounding area - where we can dine, shop, have a walk, etc. At the end of our trip, she even gave us free coffee for the road! We absolutely recommend this apartment if you are looking for a calm spot in Greece, where every point of Chalkidiki is 1 hour away!

The kitchen didn't have a cooking knife, so it was a bit hard to do basic "non-cooking" things like slicing a watermelon. The AC in the small room wasn't working completely right and couldn't help with the heat in the night.

The accommodation is very comfortable and cozy, even better than in the photos, although everything matches the description. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including kitchenware and appliances. The apartment is compact, but very well designed, convenient, and clearly created with great care and attention to detail. The sea view is absolutely stunning. The beach is very close and easy to access, and there are several water stations nearby where you can rinse off after swimming, which is especially convenient when traveling with a dog. A special thank you for being pet-friendly. The host is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. We felt as if we were visiting friends rather than staying in a rental property.

Besonders gefallen haben uns die hervorragende Lage im Ort sowie der direkte Zugang zum Meer und Strand. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön gepflegt und bietet außerdem Parkplätze direkt vor Ort, was sehr praktisch ist. Ein großes Plus war auch die äußerst nette Gastgeberin, die sehr gut Deutsch spricht und jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Und auch die Aussicht war mega.

Das Badezimmer war zwar etwas klein, dennoch hat alles bestens funktioniert. Ansonsten war wirklich alles top.

Die Aussicht war super. Morgens beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, einfach nur toll. Die Gastfreundschaft der Inhaberin möchte ich auch als herausragend beschreiben, ein Willkommenskorb mit kleinen Leckereien stand bereit. Liegen, Schirme und Strandhandtücher konnten kostenlos genutzt werden. Die Küchenausstattung war vollkommen in Ordnung, wer's mag konnte auch kostenlos den kleinen Grillplatz nutzen. Wir hatten, trotz dem, was uns nicht gefiel, eine schöne Woche dort.

Leider war die Appartementausstattung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schlafräume waren sehr klein, kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten. Das Badezimmer kann kaum als solches bezeichnet werden. Extrem klein, die Dusche war das Schlimmste. Viel zu klein, ca. 80x80, die Schiebetüren ließen sich nicht in Gänze öffnen, da der in der Dusche verbaute Zulauf zur Toilette das blockierte. Daher konnte man sich nur seitlich durch die Öffnung schieben, bücken ausgeschlossen. Da half auch nicht, dass es das Angebot einer außen liegenden Gemeinschaftsdusche als Alternative gab. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt bei diesem Appartement leider nicht.
