Very lovely neighborhood for a quite and relaxing stay at the beach.

We very much liked the apartment and the location, closeness to the beach. We also appreciate that we could bring our dog with us that's not very often that a big dog is accepted in rentals :)

Last couple of days we had some issues with water pressure, either the water was coming but with low pressure or there was no water. The host was made aware and checked what the issue was.

A perfectly peaceful vacation.

If you’re longing for real rest, without crowd and noise, you’ll love this place. Ideal for early risers e.g. yoga practicioners, to enjoy all beach by themselfs, calm and clear sea, sunrise and sound of birds. The appartmant is spatious and 50 m from the beach and it has beautiful garden, private showers and free paradols. It is comfy and has 2 balconies on east and west side ,so you could enjoy what you prefer more- sun or shadow and where there is enough space to enjoy breakfast and dinner. (Sea view from both of them). The appartment is very well equipped, so you will have everything that you might need for a perfect holiday. The owner even thought of details that would make the stay more pleasant like movies for the children, playing cards, games, mosquito nets etc. The reast of appartmants are mostly owned by senior people so the pleace has quiet rules which ensure that you can rest perfectly. There is a private parking reserved for you always. The location was perfect to explore Sithonia and Kassandra, because it is close to both. All of us had a great time and we were so happy that our dog could be with us.

If you long for more dinamyc holliday, with music, beachbars, parties and restaurants, than you would have to go somwhere else but for us it was perfect.

Very nice and renovated beachfront apartment, excellent for my stay. Even if it is a complex, it is very quiet. The house was really clean and Alex was very welcoming.
