Nice location, clean house

Superb ! Nota 10 ! Dna Ana a fost minunată , era curățenie, curtea superbă ! Casa este poziționată între măslini, dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie , aproape de plajă la 3 min de mers pe jos. Psakoudia este foarte frumoasă, găsești tot ce îți trebuie , magazine , restaurante , toate la maxim 5 min cu mașina! Minunat , ne întoarcem cu siguranță ! 💯

If I could give 20/10, I would! Ana and her son’s hospitality is truly exceptional. The apartment is spacious and beautifully located, surrounded by peaceful olive groves, far from the crowds. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Within walking distance, you’ll find quiet, empty beaches – a real hidden gem. If you’re traveling with family and looking for a serene, relaxing escape, this is the perfect choice. There are also several large supermarkets (reachable by car) and smaller grocery stores nearby.

The house has 2 separate apartments. There is a big yard. The apartment where we spent a week was nice and looked new. The bed in the sleeping room was comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped. The owner was very nice. She only speeks Greek, but tried her best to meet our needs.

The road to reach the house from Psakudia is not paved and it is not in a good condition. The whole area is not urbanized and the road is in a field with reed and small unauthorized landfills. The closest beach (about 200m) is a wild one, it is sandy and wide. However, although it is very close, we could not walk to it, because it gets scorching hot on the road. There arent any shadows. There are markets close by, but due to the condition of the road and area, they can not be reached on foot. At night the area is totally dark. So, you need a car for any movement and preferably a 4x4 or an off road car. The location did not suite us, and I would not recommend the accommodation for families with small childern. The bed in the living area/ kitchen is not comfortable. No cleaning service or change of towels/ sheets is provided. The owner did give us one spare set of sheets.
