Stay in Kalives

Vey good location, just 100m to the see, nice and friendly hosts, exceptional balcony. With little effort to put some equipment in the apartment (electric kettle, toaster), it would be just fine. Good value for the money taking into account surprisingly high prices of accommodation in Kalives.

The apartment was poorly equipped almost the bare minimum. If you plan to prepare your meals in the apartment, it would be a challenge (we were not, so it was not that important).

We like the location, the large apartment, the kind host, the calm yet very communicative place, that's why we are coming back to Kalaitzis every year. From Kalives you have both Nikiti (Sithonia) or Fourka (Cassandra) beaches within 30-45 min of travel, and the Kalives beach is just round the corner. Sincerely recommended!

I am very satisfied with the choice of the facility and the proximity to the beach.

The studio was very clean, hygiene was at a high level. I was impressed by the spaciousness of the studio and the terrace, which was huge. The kitchen was a separate room and equipped with all the necessary dishes and equipment.Wifi was very good.

Nice vacations

-> Large apartment (two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, terrace) -> Beach within walking distance -> Supermarket within walking distance -> Tavernas within walking distance -> Windows nets (so windows can be open all night without fear of mosquitoes) -> Towels and sheets are exchanged twice weekly -> Terrace

-> Rather small bathroom -> Kitchen had only one source of water (which was either hot or cold, depending on how long the tap was open).

Another excellent experience at Kalaitzi's!

It is a lovely SPACIOUS apartment, calm and beautify designed, close to the sea; the value for money is excellent, the host is very very kind. You do not have to be on A/C all the time, just open the windows /all have mosquito nets unlike the more expensive hotel we visited last week!/ and relax. We tried several alternatives in the vicinity during the past two years but nothing compares to "Kalaitzi's", so we come back here at least once per year.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα και ξεκούραστα

το διαμέρισμα είναι δίπλα στη παραλία (1' με τα πόδια) σε ήσυχη γειτονιά με άνετο χώρο για στάθμευση αυτοκινήτου. η οικοδέσποινα πολύ καλή και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει, άνετη με σκυλιά (έχει και η ίδια). είχαμε μαζί μας σκύλο τον οποίο τον τρέχαμε στη μεγαλή αυλή που είχε. Η αυλή έχει εγκατάσταση και για BBQ Διαμέρισμα μεγάλο και άνετο (2 υπνοδωμάτια + κουζίνα + διάδρομος). 'Aνετη βεράντα για πρωινό, καφέ κλπ. Κουζίνα με μεγάλο ψυγείο και φουρνάκι για προετοιμασία φαγητού (γενικά η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη για προετοιμασία φαγητού). Κλιματιστικό είχε μόνο σε ένα δωμάτιο αλλά λόγω διαρρύθμισης χώρου, μπορούσε να δροσίσει όλο το διαμέρισμα, στο 2ο υπνοδωμάτιο είχε ανεμιστήρα οροφής με παρά πολύ καλή απόδοση. το συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα είχε δικό του θερμοσίφωνα για ζεστό νερό. το wifi επίσης ήταν δυνατό. Είναι κοντά σε σουπερμαρκετ (5' με τα πόδια). Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε σε επόμενο ταξίδι διακοπών στη Χαλκιδική. είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά και κατοικίδια.

τα στρώματα είναι πολύ σκληρά (λόγω παλαιότητας) και τα μαξιλάρια λίγο άβολα.
