Couldn't get any sleep unfortunately.

The house itself is old but nicely made. The garden is also good

It is right next to a super busy road that has vehicles passing at high speed 24 hours a day. There is no sound insulation and during the night you can't possibly sleep because it sounds like every truck or motorbike will enter your bedroom. There isn't a solid fence to the property so you can't enjoy the garden for the same reason. The reception and wifi are very bad, so it's hard to use the internet to plan your stay. I would highly recommend to the owners that they 1. build a solid high fence to stop some of the sound and dust from the highway and 2. to change the window and door frames for better sound insulation inside the property. And put a better router in the bigger villa so the smaller can get wifi signal as well because the carrier reception is bad there.

Great

We were staying at the small villa. Very private and quiet with a beautiful big garden. There is parking for the car. The villa is very well equipped, we had our own kitchen, bathroom, shower, veranda and a comfortable bed.

Many things to fix

The house was new and clean, quite spacious. The owner was quick to answer messages. The house was new on booking with no reviews, when we arrived and read them we could see that some of the negative comments were fixed. But most of them are common sense.

1. The owner lied about the AC being broken, there was no AC on the second floor where the bedrooms are. We had to check in more than 1 hour after the announced check in time because the people were just installing the AC. We asked him if we can check out an hour later because of that and after some negotiation he said yes. 2. The AC was put in the hallway not in the bedrooms so the bedroom doors had to stay open, otherwise it would have been 35+ degrees in them. 3. It is quite noisy but when you close everything you can barely hear the noise from the highway. 4. It’s located relatively close to the beach, around 10 min but the road is bad. far from the town and quite hard to get to, so if you wanna drink you gotta figure it out. 5. The front door was really hard to unlock. 6. The kitchen was missing useful appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, water kettle. 7. There were no toiletries in either of the bathrooms, only hand soap. 8. The water pressure in the first floor bathroom was nonexistent. 9. Sockets for cables only on one side of the bed in one of the bedrooms, the other one was impossible to get to.

It could be better. A lot of things can be improved.

The living room and the bedrooms are huge. The yard is well-maintained. The host is nice and reasonable. There is only 1 air-conditioner in the living room.

The house is almost on the highway. Its very noisy, there is no coffee machine, no outlets to charge your phone in the bedrooms, no bulbs (lack of light during the night), no air-conditioner in the bedrooms - its 30+ degrees and its impossible to sleep. There is no mosquito net on some of the doors so you cant leave them opened. The beach is 15 min with a car.

Extrem laut . Nie mehr dort hin wieder! Nicht zu empehlen.

Die Wohnung war direkt auf dem Autobahn. Es war extrem laut Rum um die Uhr . Tagsüber konnte man alle Autos aus dem Autobahn die direkt an der Wohnung naht sind dauerhaft höre . Draußen war unmöglich man sich zu verstehen, vom lauter Autogeräusche. Nachts-über genau so. Wenn man die Fenster zugemacht hat, hat es etwas gebracht, aber trotzdem zu schlaffen war nicht möglich , ohne die Autos vom Autobahn ständig zu hören . Beim Anreisen würde ganz falsche Adresse eingegeben. Ich habe mehrmals den Wohnungsanbieter dran gebeten die genauer Adresse mir zu senden- es gibt offenbar keine offizielle Adresse- es würde mir immer die Falsche gegeben , die man in Google maps nicht finden kann, Am Ende mit einem Photo von Google maps konnte immer die Wohnung suchen.
