Great for us

After we visited this property in June, I decided to re-book for my parents and their friends. They had only praises for the cleanliness, safe and relaxing location, also John who again proved to be an excellent host. If we decide for Greece, again next year, we will select this place for our base to explore Olympus, Petralona and Mt. Athos.

The best place in Northern Greece

For me this is the best house for a perfect seaside holiday in Northern Greece that we have rented in the last 10 years. It is located in a quiet area with lovely nature. It is made with great taste and attention to detail and comfort. The house has 4 terraces. Two of them are on the ground floor and two upstairs to each bedroom. This is an incredible convenience. The main terrace on the ground floor is landscaped with a lovely garden and lighting. There are mosquito nets throughout. The bedrooms are on the second floor, spacious enough with extremely comfortable mattresses. One has a wardrobe and dressing table and the other has a wardrobe in the hallway. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. There is constantly hot water and good pressure. On the ground floor there is a toilet with washing machine. The hosts have thought of everything you might need. There is a coffee maker with capsules, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, first aid kit, disinfectants, mosquito repellent, cutlery and crockery, salt, sugar, olive oil, spices, even paper towels for your face. Everywhere shines with cleanliness and pleasant aroma. And most importantly, these are the best and most helpful hosts you can stay with. Wonderful people, genuinely concerned about your good rest and pleasant stay, ready to assist you in any situation that may arise.

Perfect for a longer stay

This property is in a nice, easy to reach place. Google maps work perfect to find the house. Clean, equipped with everything one can think of. The internet was good, but indeed only at the ground floor, so I do understand why some people gave it a lower mark. There are 2 rooms and 1 bathroom upstairs and a good kitchen and living room (with 2 couches) downstairs. Also the terrace is generous and nice in the early morning for a coffee or a glass of wine that the host gifted us in the evening. Ohhh and when we arrived we found nice cold peaces in the fridge, 6 bottles of water and then we got ice-cream for the kids and some other nice gifts for the adults. Well done John!

A lot of mosquitos in this season so you better have some Raid outdoor spirals and some Autan with you. Nothing else comes to mind that we did not like. So for us is a return this year in September.

Appartamento molto bello, confortevole e dotato di tutto (cucina ben attrezzata, veranda, balconi, ombrellone da spiaggia). Gestori gentilissimi, ci han fatto trovare all'arrivo bibite fresche e snack e molto disponibili (il giorno della partenza ci hanno dato un passaggio alla stazione degli autobus).

Ein sehr schönes Haus.

Alles. Die Unterkunft war top.

Die Lage war leider sehr ‚einheimisch‘ und es gab nicht viel in der Gegend. Die Wände sind sehr dünn also konnte man alles hören was die Nachbarn getrieben haben. Sie waren manchmal so laut das man nicht einschlafen konnte.
