Great location. Grocery store just around the corner. Beach across the street. Clean and comfortable. A great place for a family vacation. It has almost everything you need. A few are needed.
You don't check in at reception, but are given a code for a key. There is no sign with the name of the flat, so we had trouble finding it. The lady sent us pictures and the code via Viber, but we had problems with the internet, so it was a bit stressful as we only found out at the last minute that we had to check in with a code. The lady said it was a blue house, but it's actually light pink with grey. Make sure you have an internet connection, as there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment either.
The appliances need to be replaced, as the Teflon is scratched and it's not healthy to cook in them. Everything else corresponds to the picture. There is no parasol and no double bed, as stated in the description, but rather the beds that are in the photos.

We visited Flogita during the 2nd week of August and it was a very busy time in the small town. The promenade was full and the atmosphere was very lively. We were hoping for a more quiet time, and the apartment by being a bit off the main area afforded us just that. The apartment had all the necessary facilities - fridge, stove, washing machine, drying lines, and a great balcony with ample seating room. A small, but well equipped market is just 2 minutes walk away, and so is the bakery. We always found parking in the lot nearby or in the street and were able to find beaches nearby that were uncrowded. Dionisou was perfect and only a short drive away. We also took the time to explore Kassandra and other areas. I strongly recommend that you have a car so you can make the most of the location.
No WiFi, but in some ways, that is also a blessing in disguise :)
We would have loved an AC in the back room.
The restaurants in Flogita were not that exciting. You would do better looking elsewhere.
