Confortable stay right next to the beach

We loved the location and the big terrace. It is really good value for the money. The owner was also very helpful in making sure everything is alright.

Superb

Location is good, you have everything you need in 2-5 minutes walk - beach, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The accomodation is spacious, the kitchen has all appliances, cooking utensils, plates etc, beds are very comfy, a lot of space for clothes in the wardrobes. We could check in earlier, the owner was very kind with this and with a present for our little boy. Good value for money

Good

The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It has a large terrace with a view of the sea. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. The sheets are clean. every room has air conditioning, the internet is excellent, the fridge is big with a freezer. A microwave oven and a toaster make food preparation easier. In front of the accommodation there is an excellent market and a free parking space. The owner is a great man who met us and prepared the accommodation earlier so that we could enter with the baby. He responded to messages regularly, and kudos to him.

I didn't like the hygiene. The terrace is very dirty, the floors and the bathroom too. But nothing that diminished our impression that the accommodation is great.

I would recommend the place but the hygiene and some small things should be improved.

The property is new, bedrooms are nice with enough storing space, large living room and kitchen. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Easy to find the place, in a calm area of Flogita and close to the beach.

The hygiene should be improved, the couch in the living room had plenty of garbage that was stuck between the pieces (even an artificial nail which was grose). The door in the bathroom was not cleaned, stains from water and everything were visible. There was no toilet paper or soap in the toilet, it is fine to buy some but I have never experienced not to have any toilet paper when entering the apartment. We were 3 persons and had only two sets of towels (big and small). No dish sponge in the kitchen. Small things but should be improved. There is only one air-condition in the apartment and the cold air is not able to enter in the bedrooms.

Great comfort 2 bed room apartment in Nea Flogita just 50m to the beach with beach view and very quite area but again with walking distance to the center with 10min. Parking in front free Supermarket with minut walking. Big two balconies front and back outside. All needed inside, clean towels , sheets , great kichen and new bath. Definetly we come again... BRQ in the garden only for this building. Thanks for all
