Great location and yet quite place to stay and enjoy

Very polite host. We were with two babies and he managed to find us a second baby crib which was very kind of him. There is a patio and a barbecue area in front of the villa so it is good for those who would like to cook their own meals. And for those who like to relax by the pool the villa is perfect. Host was very generous with compliments such as sweets from the bakery, free wine, jthe minibars were full of beers, juices and sweets for us. For the guests you have such things as bathrobe ( not just a towel !). Toothbrushes, kitchen paper, lots of towels, all kinds of kitchen cutlery , dishes etc . Coffee machine with provided coffee pods and a frappe mixer . Mini refrigerator in each bedroom is a big surprise and a nice touch. Also usb ports are available in each room. The location is great - 5 mins from the nearest nice beach and 5 minutes from the center. Host has a fast reaction when you ask for something. There is a lovely terrace looking at the pool area where you can also relax. Although there is no private parking Mrs. Sultana ( the lady who is on site and helping you with every request ) managed to help us with saving the parking area just in front of the house.

This is not necessary negative just make sure that the villa is sharing a space with the another villa ( which is on the ground level of the same house) so you will be sharing pool and patio area with the guests of the other villa . Luckily the host thoughtfully put stickers to distinguish the property area of each villa . Washing machine can be used by pre-requesting it as it is located on a service room not available for the guests. If you wish to use it you need to request this from the host . Cleanliness can be improved, but overall our stay was great and relaxing.

Amazing place with great owner

Everything was perfectly fine in this vila. The owner was so careful with us, even offered us tu stay one more night free of charge, free wines, free minibar, coffe, everything was amazing, felt like a 5* resort for real. Thank you very much George!

Fantastic accommodation!!

What a great time we had at Villa Athina. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable and there were shutters. The hospitality we experienced was excellent. The owner and the neighbour are very kind people. On our last day we were allowed to use the apartment downstairs and it looked very nice and cosy! And there were free bottles of wine, juice, water, candy bars and we got cookies and donuts. Once again thank you very much for the great time and your hospitality. We would love to come back sometime.

Great apartment in a lovely town

Really great apartment in a lovely town with plenty of nice restaurants and a gorgeous beach. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. The beds are very comfortable and a Smart tv in every room! The wine bar was greatly appreciated too. The host George was super helpful, we arrived quite late so he had sandwiches and pizzas in the fridge for us as the kids were hungry after the journey. He also arranged a taxi for us when we were leaving. He was always available by email and responded very quickly to any questions.

Living lavishly on a budget!

We loved our hosts, George and his wife who made us feel very welcome. The appartement was immaculate and they had left us lots of treats and chargers. Really going above and beyond. The pool area was fantastic with very comfortable sun beds and lots of seating. There is a back garden with a dinner area and a barbecue which is perfect for a large group. In addition there is a terrace with a lovely view of the pool. We also loved the location, right near the beach and the town. We will definitely come back and be recommending to friends, such amazing value!

The inner house was fantastic. The pool super clear, there was a free wine bar, and a full fridge with juice and cool water, a nespresso machine with many capsules of coffee. The host was very kind and helpful. The villathina1st truly deserves 5stars I super suggest the villa. We will definitely visit next summer.

Φοβερό κατάλυμα σίγουρα θα ξανά έρθουμε. Εχει όλες τις ανέσεις και είναι πεντακάθαρο. Επιπλέον έχει free wine bar και διάφορα μέσα στο ψυγείο που μπορείς να τα χρησιμοποιήσεις χωρίς επιπλέον χρεώσεις. Τα κρεβάτια κ όλα τα έπιπλα είναι ολοκαίνουργια και καθόλου φθαρμένα. Schöne Wohnung und toller Vermieter

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie zwei Wochen vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat von der Größe ausgereicht. Der Vermieter hat sich einige tolle Sachen einfallen lassen um uns den Aufenthalt mehr als angenehm zu machen. Als wir Abends angekommen sind, hatten wir Wasser und Bier im Kühlschrank, zusätzlich gab es Bananen, eine Box mit Gebäck und die "Free Wine Bar". Dies ist nicht selbstverständlich und wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Die Kinder haben sich immer gefreut wenn die Putzkraft da war, denn dann gab es neues Gebäck. Zum Abschied haben wir auch noch kleine Präsente bekommen. Der Vermieter hat uns auch einige Male kontaktiert, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Auch auf unsere Nachrichten wurde immer schnell, informativ und freundlich geantwortet. Wir waren am Ende der Saison da und haben die Ruhe genossen. Zum Meer ist es nur ein kurzer Weg. Es war einfach schön.

Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut, empfehlenswert :-)

Die Villa liegt zentral im Ort. Man kann gut zu Fuss ins Zentrum spazieren und am Strand entlang laufen. Es hat genügend Restaurants, Café's, Bäckereien und Lebensmittelläden in der Nähe. Parkieren ist vor dem Haus problemlos. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und grosszügig. Gratis Wein von weiss bis rot. Bier, Fruchtgetränke und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Kaffeekapseln waren auch aufgefüllt. Hat uns mit Keksen, Donuts, Croissants und Bananen verwöhnt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. 2 Schlafzimmer und eine offene Küche mit Wohnbereich. Einen Balkon mit Sicht auf Pool und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ein kleines Bad mit einer super Dusche. Die Nachbarin kommt zwischendurch putzen und bezieht die Betten frisch und wechselt die Frottéetücher aus, je nachdem wie lange man gebucht hat. WLAN hat auch gut funktioniert. Man kann jederzeit beim Gastgeber nachfragen, wenn Fragen sind oder etwas fehlt. Er antwortet sofort. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt.

Teppiche finde ich persönlich wegen der Hygiene und Allergien nicht so toll. Kaffeemaschine müsste mal entkalkt werden. Schlafkissen waren mir zu hart. Ansonsten alles tiptop.
