Very nice staff, great pool and a 10 minute walk to a nice beach.

The apartments were situated just at the top of the village - far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough to walk to all the bars and restaurants. The layout of the complex was lovely with well tended gardens and the pool area at the back. Our apartment had views over the gardens and the sea as we had two balconies but you could also see the pool area from one of the bedrooms. The apartment was small (we had 2 bedrooms) but there was enough space for everything that we needed and the rooms were clean and well looked after. We had fresh towels every two days and bed linen every four.
The staff were friendly and assisted with all of our needs.
The nearest supermarket is literally two doors away and the nearest beach a 5 minute walk. The hill down to the beach is very steep and could be a problem for less able people to get back up, but was worth it!
The village of Afitos is lovely and picturesque with shops, bars and restaurants that mostly stay open until midnight with the bars going beyond. It is not rowdy but is lively enough.
We would definitely recommend Elia to our friends and family.
