A nice, calm place to rest with the family!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Safe for the kids with places to discover. Calm and inside the nature. Close to beaches of Halkidiki! Breakfast was included and it was nice. Hosts and staff were polite and helpful! We would like to visit again!

Not sure I will visit again!

Restaurant was at good place but sleeping rooms was exactly to noisy road. We waited 45 minutes for the half of the breakfast and leave, in my opinion 8:30 am for starting hours are late when you are at sea in July :) , few people from the staff was perfect the rest awful 😞 Actually we booked not in front of the beach to receive better service but we e did not. Not sure I will visit this place again in my life.

Looking forward to see you again!

It is a great location for families traveling with kids and looking for a large place where the little ones could run around. Running barefoot on a an excellent kept yard was a big bonus for us. The food was great and the staff was always there for us, even though we had travelled outside the season - most of the menu was available and always found something delicious to eat.

Not all the windows had mosquito nets and some insects came in but nothing to worry about.

Amazing place to relax and enjoy farm life and activities in nature with family!

The location is exceptional with such a scenic environment and lots of farm animals that my daughter loved! There are activities in nature and you can experience life on the farm while everything is well organized for your stay! I think you cannot go wrong with this place if you need a beautiful place to relax, but especially if you have a kid like mine who loves every living creature then this is a must!!!

Comfortable 3 day stay in a beautiful location in Halkidiki.

The property was in a good location to explore all 3 legs of Halkidiki, but away from the hustle and bustle. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We also had dinner there one night, which was also delicious. All fresh produce from the farm.

The wifi didn’t work properly. Only for short periods if you were lucky to get a connection.

Hospitality, location and whole place is amazing. Breakfast on the top level. We will come to this place again. Near to the Agios Oros and close to the Sithonia and Thessaloniki as well.

Good

The nature is good. Farm has a lot of animals but you can see them over the cages. The room is very big and beds are comfortable.

There is no daily room clean up. We have no towels for first two days until we request it. There is no curtain on the big window of bathroom. And neighbours near your room can see you when you are having a shower. All things in breakfast they serve are naturel, but variety of foods are insufficient. They dont ask if you want omlet or boiled egg, they give what they want.

The apartment was nice and spacious. We enjoyed horse riding, climbing and archery. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff was very kind and friendly.

The apartment was poorly equipped. In fact we had to ask staff for basic kitchenware to be able to prepare a simple meal. Also all activities cost extra, which was not clear to us. Platanorema is a venue for weddings. So it gets very loud at weekends.

A great place

This is a lovely hotel, with lots of activities, and a good breakfast. We didn't have lunch or dinner but the restaurant seemed good at breakfast so another time we would definitely try it. It's also just a few minutes' drive from the sea, so it's a really great place...

Excellent place for the whole family!

Wonderful place for the whole family. My kids loved visiting the farm animals. It’s very safe and the apartment was lovely. The staff were friendly but most did not speak great English, we made do though and had everything we needed. We all had a wonderful time and would recommend it highly. The food is also excellent!

Overall we had a great stay. We recomand!

Breakfast in some days with too many sweets, and a not so diversificate. Hot water during the day missing sometimes (but în the evening it was ok). There was a dog barking at our window sometimes (we have a little baby that was sleeping). The employees are very nice but unfortunately nobody knows english... Except for the manager. The location is a little to far from the sea, 5 min by car.

The rooms are very big and lovely. The bed, the pillows very confortabile. The AC works great. The farm is very great. Employees very nice.

Traumurlaub mit der Familie!

Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant super! Die bequemsten Betten überhaupt! Traumhafte Lage, süße Tiere, sehr nah zu schönen Stränden. Besitzer war sehr zuvorkommend und hat einen kurzfristigen Zimmerwechsel zu sehr fairen Konditionen ermöglicht.

Das Zimmer, was wir ursprünglich gebucht hatten, liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Bei der Buchung im Lageplan der Unterkunft (in der Bildergalerie) genau schauen, ob man im oberen Teil bei Restaurant und Tieren untergebracht ist oder unten an der Straße. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, bucht besser oben. Schön und bequem sind die Zimmer unten aber auch.

Ακατάλληλο και απογοητευτικό

Το κτήμα και τα ζωάκια είναι όμορφα, αν θέλετε να πάτε τα παιδιά σας απλά μια εκδρομή και να φύγετε! Σε καμία περίπτωση μην επιλέξετε να μείνετε, όσο γοητευτικό κι αν είναι το μέρος, όσο κι αν μας το παρουσιάζουν ως family friendly.

Διακοπές οικογενειακές ενήλικες + 2 παιδιά. Και στο εστιατόριο και στο δωμάτιο υπάρχουν πάρα πολλές μύγες. Εν μέρει δικαιολογείται απ' τα ζώα και τη φύση, αλλά θα μπορούσαν να έχουν στα δωμάτια εντομοαπωθητικά ή να ενημερώνουν τους πελάτες κατά την άφιξη, ώστε να μην βρίσκονται προ εκπλήξεως. Στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε βραστήρας, ενώ παρουσιάζεται "πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα". Άρα αν θέλετε να ζεστάνετε νερό για τα παιδιά σας, πάρτε απ' το σπίτι σας. Το τηλέφωνο του ντους ήταν πράσινο από βρωμιά και είχε άλατα στα σημεία απ' τα οποία βγαίνει το νερό. Το νερό στη λεκάνη ήταν μονίμως κίτρινο. Υπήρχε μια πρίζα στο σαλόνι η οποία κρεμόταν απ' τον τοίχο σε σημείο χαμηλά, που τα μικρά παιδιά είχαν άμεση επαφή! Όταν φτάσαμε στο δωμάτιο η θέρμανση ήταν εκτός λειτουργίας. Ήρθαν 3 άτομα στο δωμάτιο, 21:00 το βράδυ και μετά από μισή ώρα ανακάλυψαν ότι είχαν κλειστές τις βάνες! Το κλιματιστικό ήταν χαλασμένο, αφού αρχικά προσπαθήσαμε να ζεστάνουμε το χώρο με αυτό, αφού δεν υπήρχε καλοριφέρ. Στο δωμάτιο ΔΕΝ υπάρχουν κάδοι! Υπάρχει μόνο το μικρό καδάκι του μπάνιου, οπότε και για τα σκουπίδια σας, παρ'τε σακούλες απ' το σπίτι σας. Στο μπάνιο ΔΕΝ υπάρχουν κρεμαστρες για τις πετσέτες, βάση για το σαπούνι χεριών και βάση για τα αφρολουτρα μέσα στη ντουζιέρα. Υπάρχει ένας χώρος επάνω απ' τη λεκάνη, ο οποίος δεν εξυπηρετεί ούτε το ντουζ, ούτε τον νιπτήρα. Το χειρότερο όλων απ' όσα βιώσαμε ήταν το ότι την 3η μέρα το πρωί (μετά από 2 διανυκτερεύσεις ) ζητήσαμε απ' τον ιδιοκτήτη να μας αλλάξουν τις πετσέτες στο μπάνιο και να αλλαχτεί η σακούλα των σκουπιδιών. Στις 17:00 το απόγευμα που επιστρέψαμε απ' τη βόλτα μας δεν είχε μπει κανένας στο δωμάτιο για τα παραπάνω! Το αναφέραμε στην Έλενα την Υπεύθυνη η οποία είπε πως δεν την ενημέρωσε κανείς γι'αυτό και πως η πολιτική είναι να μπαίνει η καμαριέρα ανά 3 μέρες στα δωμάτια.

Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα ποτέ

Με το που φτάσαμε 13:00 το μεσημέρι μας είπαν ότι το δωμάτιο είναι έτοιμο. Πήραμε το αυτοκίνητο και μεταφερθήκαμε στο σημείο που βρισκόταν το δωμάτιο, εκτός του κυρίως χώρου του κτήματος, άρα ακόμη και για το πρωινό που σερβίρεται στο εστιατόριο χρειαζόταν να μετακινηθούμε με αυτοκίνητο. Το δωμάτιο βρώμικο, πατημασιές στο πάτωμα, φύλλα, έντομα, τρίχες στο νιπτήρα, τη λεκάνη και τις μαξιλαροθήκες. Το ψυγείο εκτός λειτουργίας και ο βραστηρας μέσα στη σκόνη. Έχω ανεβάσει φωτογραφία μόνο απ' το μωρομαντηλο με το οποίο πέρασα δεύτερη φορά το τραπεζάκι που βρίσκεται μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Πρώτη φορά είδα σε κατάλυμα να υπάρχει μόνο ένα σεντόνι στρωμένο πάνω απ' το στρώμα/ανώστρωμα. Με αυτή την πρώτη εικόνα, αμέσως πήγα στο εστιατόριο και διαμαρτυρήθηκα στην Υπεύθυνη η οποία παραδέχτηκε πως το δωμάτιο ήταν ακαθάριστο 2 μέρες! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ να βάζετε πελάτες στα δωμάτια χωρίς έστω να τα φρεσκαρετε πρώτα. Ζήτησα αμέσως τα λεφτά μου πίσω και να φύγω (σημειώνω πως έκλεισα 2 δωμάτια για τις οικογενειακές μου διακοπές), αλλά η Υπεύθυνη αρνήθηκε να μου τα δώσει. Μετά από πολλή πίεση δική μου και απάθεια από μεριάς της ιδιοκτησίας, μας προσέφεραν δωμάτιο στον επάνω χώρο, το οποίο καθαρίστηκε πριν μπούμε, αλλά μόνο για το 1ο βράδυ. Για τα επόμενα 2 βράδια θα μας μετέφεραν κάθε μέρα σε άλλο δωμάτιο (αυτή ήταν η διαθεσιμότητα). 1ο βράδυ λοιπόν και προσπαθήσαμε να κοιμηθούμε με κουκούλες, γιατί στο δωμάτιο υπήρχαν τουλάχιστον 40 μύγες (χωρίς καμία υπερβολή). Όταν το αναφέραμε στη διεύθυνση η απάντηση και η λύση ήταν "μην αφήνετε ανοιχτή την πόρτα". Το επόμενο πρωί πήγα πάλι στην Υπεύθυνη και ζήτησα τα χρήματα των 2 επόμενη διανυκτερευσεων πίσω και να φύγουμε όλοι απ' το κατάλυμα (και τα 2 δωμάτια). Μου είπε πως θα με ενημερώσει και ολόκληρη οικογένεια με παιδιά περιμέναμε μέχρι το μεσημέρι για απάντηση, την οποία πήραμε επειδή πήγαμε πάλι εμείς και τους ενοχλησαμε. Η απάντηση ήταν πως θα μπορούσαν να μας επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα αν δεν είχαμε κάνει check in.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πάρα πολύ άνετο!! Η κουζίνα ήταν εξοπλισμένη με τα απαραίτητα για μια οικογένεια.. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν φανταστικός για τα παιδιά και το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο καταπληκτικό!!! Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε το αγρόκτημα…

Υπέροχη φύση

Φανταστική τοποθεσία, άνετο δωμάτιο με ωραία στρώματα, καθαρό και μεγάλο μπάνιο. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό όπως επίσης και ο καφές που προσφέρουν.

Λείπουν σίτες και παντζουρια από τις μπαλκονόπορτες με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείς κλιματισμό το βράδυ ενώ έξω έχει δροσιά. Επίσης το μέρος δεν είναι για φοβικούς στα σκυλιά. Παρόλο που είναι φιλικά είναι κάπως μεγαλόσωμα και σε τρομάζουν, ιδίως αν τα δεις μπροστά σου νύχτα.

I ett av badrummen var det lösa elkablar på väggen. Sannolikt inte ström i dessa men kändes ändå osäkert. I det badrummet satt också golvbrunnen helt tokigt placerad så hela golvet blev blött när man duschade

Tesis bizim gittiğimi günler yani haziran başında boş olduğu için çokta gönüllü olmayarak daha iyi odalara yerleştirdiler. İlk geldiğimizde tepkileri hoşumuza pek gitmedi ama sonradan bizi daha iyi dosalara yerleştirmeleri davranışları güzeldi. Teşekkür ederiz
