Nice and attentive staff. Hotel under renovation.

The staff was friendly and checked to make sure we had a good stay. Although the hotel is under renovation, our room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is under renovation, it looks pretty rough. I understand that, however absolutely no work was being done during our 3 days there, and the price does not reflect that it's a little run down currently.

I'm a bit disappointed with missing and worn items

This location is well maintained, beautiful, close to destination and clean. Easy to get ahold of someone at the front desk.

Strike 1 The Pool was closed and we paid extra for this location over others for that feature. No advance Pool warning Strike 2 No portable shower chairs. I reserved that in my reservation and again No advance warning Strike 3 The beds were rock hard and swayed in the center. And they lock you in for breakfast

The room and the common areas were very clean and well kept. The first week of my stay the breakfast was wonderful. Fresh cut fruit, yogurt, assortment of cereals and hot foods. And the coffee was good!

The 2nd week of my stay, the breakfast selection looked like the budget had run out. Still had the hot foods, and oatmeal. No fresh cut melons, etc. No yogurt. Was disappointing/lackluster. And apparently the desk people were also suppose to take care of the breakfast foods. Not sure that was a great idea, but then I dont own a chain of hotels.

Hotel needs updated so the guests have facilities that work.

The housekeeper was very nice and the breakfast coordinator was very pleasant

The property was very old. The bathroom smelled like musty mop and the shower didn’t work immediately when I turned it on. The desk lamp was also flickering and went out and the front desk could not find a light bulb to fix it. I would not stay there again until they upgraded. Also the pool was broken and the elevator hallway on the fist floor was very dim (barely lit) it was even darker in daylight.

We parked at the side door and the only way to get is was on Hilton Honors App. Therefore, had to walk to the front of the building. Not a huge inconvenience, but frustrating.
