Filthy

The pole in hot tub were not able to be used. They were full of black dirty water, which was not listed on any of the Booking.com information. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. The person at the front desk said the rooms are disgusting and he doesn’t even know why he works there referred us to another hotel down the road.

Terrible

I am very upset that the pool and hot tub were closed. It was the first picture on the booking site. This was the only reason we stayed here. The WiFi barely worked at all. I also asked for 2 beds and got a single.

Disappointing, No pool or hot tube, the reason we booked!

Days Inn in Wooster was clean, the room comfortable, breakfast was decent. Staff was nice.

We booked the stay for my five-year-old granddaughter to have pool time and some hot tub time for adults. The pool and hot tub were broken and the water pipes had issues, we were advised of this when we arrived at the front desk, after it was too late to cancel and get a refund. When we ask how long the pool would be down, the front desk person did not know. Later after settling in we were advised by a know on the door it will be March before the pool/hot tub room is reopened. Disappoing and sad for the 5 year old who looked forward to the promise of a pool day due to harsh winter blues!

Our visit was good and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh with a variety of choices. The welcome desk was clean and the attendant was welcoming.

I would have been nice to have more than one luggage carts.

Don't stay here

It was close to stores.

The staff weren't the friendliest. The room wasnt very clean. The pool was broken and they didnt tell us that until after I paid. The breakfast was mostly stake bagels and when the waffle batter emptied the staff acted inconvenienced to fill it.We switched motels for the extra night we stayed in a different town it was so bad. Ill never stay here again.

Friendly staff, was willing to help. It has lower rates. The breakfast was good. Quiet at night. Soft pillows, comfortable beds. Towels were available at the pool to use.

The facility needs work. There’s tub didn’t drain well. I saw 2 nymph roaches in our room. The pool was ice cold and not super clean. The lighting in the pool area wasn’t very good. The TV wasn’t very good bad picture on tv and the service cut in and out quite a bit. There was a terrible smell at entrance A. I believe they were have septic issues or the washer and dryer that is available for guests to pay to use needs cleaned.

The location was descent.

Well, upon booking the hotel we were shown pictures of an awesome swimming pool. The pool was the entire reason we decided to stay overnight and just didn’t make the drive round trip in 1 day. Upon check in it was never mentioned that the pool was not operational. Only after we attempted to go swimming and mentioned how ice cold and unsafe the water temperature was to the staff member achris, were we informed that the pool heater was broken and the pool was not usable. Then an hour later after numerous complaints by other guest they put up a hand written rinky dink sign. Upon asking to cancel the reservation we were told that wasn’t a possibility and that the owners only cared about the room and everything else isn’t guaranteed, which is kinda crazy because hotels shouldn’t charge $180/night to sleep in an old hotel room that smells like moldy cigarettes and curry. The staff told us not to waste our time with the owners and contact booking.com for any type of discount as the pool fiasco really ruined the trip.

Poorly maintained, overpriced property.

The pool area is attractive. The bed was comfortable.

I stayed at this property previously about 12 years ago & remembered it fondly. In the intervening years, the hotel has not been well maintained. The exterior is shabby with two makeshift outdoor grills set up in the parking lot for owners/staff(?). There were also a couple of busted up vehicles & a trailer parked outside that had clearly been there for some time & did not belong to guests. The interior spaces were very cheaply painted, patched & furnished. Paint splatters over light fixtures, a headboard misaligned & wall decor unevenly hung. --It all looked like an unprofessional rush job. The breakfast offerings were limited & of poor quality. Altogether an unpleasant environment. I would not stay there again.

The room was not nice the bed mattress cover had a nasty big stain on it I requested bottom floor not knowing no elevator put in 2 floor I’m handicapped so is my fiance the door from stairway to hall handle was broken and kept falling off when you tried to open it told front desk he did not care supposed to be smoke free 100% nope smoking skunk weed and major cigarette in the rooms had hallway window open very hot in hallways

Moldy jacuzzi

The jacuzzi tub in the room. Its jets were dirty and left black mold like residue in the tub and was discovered by me AFTER I was in it when it drained. This was very unsanitary and unsafe as it poses a health risk to me. Management was unconcerned and said it was "normal" for this to happen and said they couldn't refund my money for the room. The manager offered me a measley 20% discount on a future stay. Are you kidding me? Like I would come back again. No chance of that happening.

Great place to stay very reasonably priced

My children enjoyed having waffles every morning for breakfast while they were there the pool was clean and everything worked the staff was really nice and we had no issues .. we stayed a few years before this at this place when they were doing remodeling and we had no issues then

Decent Stay

It was close to plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. The free breakfast was plenty good enough for us.

It was a little dirty. There was a dried bloody booger on the wall when we checked in. I called the front desk and the gentleman came to clean it immediately, but it was still disgusting. The toilet seat was also broken.

Bedbugs

The older gentleman. Was very nice. After the bedbugs incidence which we had to show proof by taking a picture of it. Their sheets had stains in them. He didn't argue or give us a hard time. He processed a full refund and we went somewhere else. It was midnight and wifey had driven 40mins to get there that night.

Aggravating and disappointing

The smell of weed in the hallways was overpowering. The hallways and stair was filthy, we went down to breakfast and the hot items were empty. When I went to ask about the employee was sitting at the front desk on her phone and had not check the bar for a while.

Waffles were good. Oatmeal was good. Coffee was good. Not much selection for bagels. Muffins were not good and tasted old. Room AC worked well.

There was an open hole in the ceiling above the shower with what looked like a camera in it! (I put a washcloth over it to shower but made me feel very uncomfortable and I did report it to the front desk staff and showed it to him). The hallway smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Hallway and Room was very old and outdated, the bed was not very comfortable. It felt old and frumpy, actually sunken on 1 side. Extremely thankful it was a very short stay! Will never stay again. I’m not very picky but it was extremely creepy and would definitely not recommend. Walls super thin, you can hear everyone inside and outside talking.

Not what I expected.

Parking was good.

When we arrived, the hotel gave my room to someone else. The room that they initillaly tried to move me to was not clean. They found another room upstairs, but the air conditioner did not work and they had to come fix it.
