The hotel is not updated and is a throwback to the 1980’s , bedding and all . The bathroom was gross annd the shower dirty and the bathroom door did not close properly . There was no coffee or breakfast . Parking was so tight cars & trucks were right on top of each other

I'm calling out all hotels that don't address disgusting shower heads. They need cleaning! Yes scale build up is difficult to address but needs to be done. Asking about safety - there is a poster on a telephone pole in parking lot asking is you've seen that missing person. So not sure about safety. Positives - breakfast was good without a wait. Provide fresh towels or room clean up but only upon request. Close to lots of things in Wooster.

Ceiling in bathroom was coming apart. Looked a little run down but breakfast was awesome and the beds were so comfortable you sleep like a baby. Sheets are soft and not rough. Staff was hardly around

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bathroom door in our room wouldn’t close— the door actually seems too big for the door jamb. Shower was much better than most hotels.

Okay stay by a two level hotel with no elevator was very difficult. Most of the staff were kind but it seemed only to the locals. Us being from our of town didn't get such a warm reception.

Pros: Comfortable room, good location close to stores and restaurants, friendly staff Cons: When we got there, the rooms smelled of cigarettes and pot. It was so bad I felt that I could taste it. I had to go to walmart and buy several sprays (I recommend Ozium). When I got back and sprayed the room it completely changed the atmosphere. The room actually felt clean and comfortable. I don't think it would have mattered if we had asked for other rooms as the smell was caused by other guests smoking outside in front of the AC units. The staff did apologize when I brought up the smell. I let them know so I wouldn't be charged the additional $100.00 for any lingering cigarette smells.

My DD and I were traveling for a wedding and we loved our stay at Q Inn. The pool and hot tub were great. The rooms look newly renovated and were spotless. The hallways did smell a little smoky because they do offer some smoking rooms. The breakfast was nice and had a lot of variety. Overall for the great price we got, we were very very happy with our stay.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke (even though it was a non-smoking room) and they could not switch my room until the next day. Since switching was not convenient, I chose to stay in that room. The hallways are very dark. The beds were reasonably comfortable, but not the best I have experienced. The breakfast was ok. The pool area was nice. I feel like this hotel needs some upgrading.

Stayed for a softball tournament for the weekend. Get location. Friendly staff. Great pool. Unfortunately our room smelled so bad of smoke we left a night early for my daughter getting a headache. Other than that is was a great place.

Nice little hotel for a stop off price was reasonable room clean and looked fairly newly renovated there were food options nearby My oniy complaints although small .. the shower is really skinny so I kept hitting the grab bar with my elbow and the shower gel was by the sink .. not accessible to the shower which was weird. The hotel boats “ award winning breakfast’” I wasn’t real impressed with it at all but it is free so ..

Great stay here, but it was weird that there wasn't an elevator. Not too big of a deal for us, but I could see people being surprised by it and asking to chnage rooms. Other than that, the stay was great. The hallway leading to our room had a little bit of an odor, but the room was fine. Free breakfast that was better than decent. Easy check-in and checkout.
